That's It

Clap!

"Cut"

With that one clap from Ms. Sasha, their performance signified to its end. It has ended... however the audience as still somehow absorbed and currently in a trance.

A slight smile made its way to Ms. Sasha's lips after seeing everything, it faded just as fast as its arrival.

As fast as hearing the cue on ending the act, Eric's previous emotions vanished in one glimpse. It was as if the emotions were never there, except there were tears on his face to prove it.

He calmly wiped off the tears off his eyes and proceeded to straighten all the creases in his clothes after standing up. He heaved a quiet sigh and looked in the direction of Lia who was still deep into the character.... or not.

'Aaahhh, I'm sleepy. That really tired me out.'

Lia who was the star of the previous performance was in a daze not because she was still immersed. Actually when she heard the sound of the clap, it immediately awoke her from her 'dream'.

But all that nervousness and thinking really got her tired, the reason she's in a daze.

'Wake up Lia, there's still half a day full of work.' With that push, she finally stood up and swallowed the urge to yawn in front of the still shocked audience and ehem... of course in front of the mysterious trainor.

Dee in her own world, still fighting the urge to yawn, she straight up went to her own seat and simply sat down, without noticing the stares on her.

'Wowww, she must be a natural.' Eva, the girl with black long hair, thought while staring at Lia, I mean the three of them are.

While Eric on the side casually sat down on his seat too.

"You are really talented." Whispered the guy with wavy locks and with orange highlights on them - Ali to Eric.

With the usual Eric he just nodded as appreciation before looking straight ahead, subtly ignoring this stranger.

'Wahh, it must be nice to be arrogant when you're talented.'

Clap, Clap...

"Now, settle down."

Ms. Sasha was now sitting down in front of everybody, while holding a clipboard.

Everybody sat up straight, no longer idling with each other. They faced Ms. Sasha with now serious gazes.

"You already received all your schedules with me given by your handler, so I'll be giving you your task for this week. Any questions?"

Ms. Sasha was already looking down at her clipboard, not expecting one question but....

"Uhm, excuse me..."

Ms. Sasha looked up at the one who spoke.

"Yes, Ms. Eva, do you have any questions?"

Eva the only girl before Lia came in, spoke in a calm but slightly timid manner.

"Shouldn't she--

Eva pointed on to the direction of Lia's with her hands. When they locked eye contact, Eva slightly blushed and lowered her eyes to the ground but with her chin up high, expectant of that a girl who was brought up nicely.

uhmm, introduce herself first?"

Eva finished her question still looking at the floor.

'Ah, we locked eyes!! She's so cool.'

After hearing the rest of the sentence, Lia who was still fighting her sleepiness, choked in her imagination.

'What is it again?' Lia, still fighting her drowsiness, was now fighting the urge of her eyebrows twitching at the same time.

'Wait, what??? Introduce? Why? huhu can't wait to go home to my books.'

In this emergency situation, she still had the time to miss her beloved books which she calls babies.

*sigh

"What do you mean, Ms. Eva, why introduce?"

Ms. Sasha who was now looking at Eva straight ahead, was adjusting her glasses while asking the question.

"h-Huh? But she's going to be in our class?"

Jason, who's been keeping quiet by the side suddenly got the courage to speak up in the entire time they've been in the training room.

I guess, he got a little bit fond to Julia now.

"fufu... Oh my, oh my. That isn't quite right."

Ms. Sasha let out a small laughter while crossing her legs.

"After all she won't be a part of this class."

Almost everyone was confused right now, well except two students, Lia who doesn't have her full attention on what's going on at the moment and Eric who still, as usual doesn't have a care in the world as long as the matter is not put in his hands.

"Oh, let me rephrase that."

Ms. Sasha who has a small smile written up on her lips looked at the direction of Lia.

Lia in turn, who's half-not paying attention, looked at her back.

'Wh-what? Why is she looking at me like that?'

With Lia's personality, it may seem to everyone that she's wearing a serious face bravely colliding head on with Ms. Sasha's eye contact. But in truth, she's just having an airheaded staring competition.

"After all, she will be just 'assisting' in this class."

Ms. Sasha's gaze lingered a little longer on Lia, with mirth shining in her eyes behind those glasses. Paired with her smile, Lia had a unnerving thought that 'something' is brewing.

"Right? Aren't you Annie's working assistant?"

Lia who was on guard of what will be happening, with all those sleepiness warded off her body, was now fully functioning.

"Yes, I am."

She answered in now serious mode.

'To whatever it is, I don't feel quite right.'
