Just lindsey thought she will have him as her boyfriend, she found out that Andrew, the basketball star is aleeady inlive with someone else.

Lindsey woke up early that morning. the weather is good, the sun is rising up. "Ah. just perfect!" She rose up from bed and hurried up tp put herself together.

"I mustnot be late. Andrew will have a practice at the gym at 8A.M. I am going to see him. I wonder what the phone call last evening meant. He said he's going to tell me a very important matter."

Lindsey never ceases to look at her self in the mirror while preparing herself. Today, she must look outsandin. Who knows? After several phone calls every other night, and some niceties, Andrew might finally propose to her his love. Ah, she could already imagine the look on her friends' face when they see them togethe. They will surely make such a cute couple.

First, she dabbed some powder on her round, fair skinnedface. Then, she put on the veileye shadow that she matched with her powder blue dress with a tiny pink ribbon girlding the waist. And for the final touch, Lindsey appliedher banana flavored pink lipstick making sure that there will be no smudge.

"There you are," Looking at herself, she can't help but smile to see the girl in the mirror.

"Now, Andrew will notice me... well, perhaps."

She was walking downstairs when she heard the mothers voice. "Lindsey, honey, your boyfriend is here. ahe says you two will be late for school!"

What she heard almost made her scream. "Mom, how many times will i have to tell you that he's not my boyfriend?"

her mom was talking about jessie, her childhood friend. He is the boy next door.

"But why can't he be? After all, he's courteous, he's a fine lacedman, and not to mention his mom really makes good chocolate cake. Uhum."

"Mom, but what's the connection of the chocolate cake with being inlove with a guy?"

"Well, I dont know. Maybe because they're both sweet?
