I like you

"Good morning, Ms. Celine."

Celine's hand crawled towards her phone lying on the side table. With eyes half opened, she tried to read the new message.

She sighed in annoyance. It's that guy again.

"What do you want?" Was her stingy reply.

She shifted and turned on her belly. She wanted to go back to sleep; it was just two hours ago when she went to bed...but, as usual, she had trouble with sleep which made her more annoyed. If only she wasn't disturbed by that stalker, she would still be sleeping. But no, she won't be left alone.

"It's Sunday. Any plans?"

She groaned. Why won't he leave her alone? She lazily got up. With eyes still closed, Celine yawned and angrily scratched her disheveled hair. Before she could even yawn a second time her phone beeped again. She looked at it with eyes half-opened; wondering how she could shoo away the annoying insect that he is.

"I'm going to church. Wanna come?"

She scoffed sarcastically. "Oh, really now?" She mumbled in the morning air.

"Sorry, i am not much of a churchgoer. Ask someone else." As she hit the send button, she got up her feet and walked towards her dresser just a few steps away from her bed. She stretched her slender arms above her head and as she did so her shirt lifted showing a pair of pearly white thighs. Then, Celine took the brush and religiously run it on her hair until all the tangles were removed. She returned the brush then gathered her hair in a bun on top of her head. After removing some eye wax that were gathered in her sleep, she looked at herself then gave her reflection her prettiest smile.

"I want you." She stopped midway through the door. Her eyebrow raised while tapping a finger on her phone. She cannot decide what to say to that... it's been a while that she got stirred and bothered with something so simple. Somehow, her emotions were disturbed that she wanted to find out what might happen if she gave in. She shook her head; the last time she gave in easily her heart got broken.

"What? You 'want' me?" She replied rather sarcastically.

"Yes, I want you to come to church with me." He caught the sarcasm. Celine cannot decide whether to be doubtful or to be in awe. After a moment, she chose the former.

"Oh really? Then what? I don't go out with strangers." As she hit the send button she was already about to go down the stairs.

"I agree; you mustn't go out with strangers. So what should I do?"

"What do you mean?" She frowned.

"Should i ask for your number so i could call you? Or maybe i could come over..." Her eyes became wide with bewilderment. This guy is unbelievable and so full of himself.

"Do you really think i would give my number just like that? You already know my facebook account so why ask for my number?"

"Hey, don't be angry. I didn't mean anything wrong. I just wanted to know you more." He seemed sincere. "But I bet you still look very beautiful even when you're angry like that."

She was speechless.
