The Past Of Logan
It's been few hours when he came to the Mira house in these few hours he knew many things about them mira is a very polite and nice women until she is provoked , whereas Logan is a shy and mischievous boy there little cottage only has them both as ther family died because of some or the other reasons .
Mira was nice enough to tell Elijah about her family .
"Well as I heard you are on run from the men of other kingdom ,its only fair when I tell you about ourselves "mira said , Elijah has to tell her the truth after all he is now going to stay at there little cottage the women had right to know by saying yes for stay what kind of men she is letting In ,then making herself comfortable on her armchair Elijah sat in front of her on the old couch near the baby crib watching his sister silently ,Logan was sitting near Elijah on same couch with a comforter wrapped around him. "You know you don't have to tell me if the memory is painful "Elijah said cause he don't know how much pain it will cause the old woman to tell about her past which led her to live such a present a present where she had to to take care of herself and a little 5 year old ,
"Well where should I start , oh yea I few years back everything was good very good I have a daughter Merlin , stubborn kid I had to raise her on my own as her father died when she was very young ,Merlin when grew up became a wonderful and beautiful women and then she married to a young man then Logan came, my daughter and her husband used to live with me as I was getting old and when her husband worked she could not live in there villa alone with Logan as a baby, I was very happy but then another baby came on it's way and 3 months ago "her voice trembled and silent tears fell down her cheek but mira continued"3 months ago when she was supposed to give birth to the child or the girl " Elijah looked up from his sister to meet the eyes of the old women and said "so Logan's mother was pregnant with a girl" mira smiled remembering her daughter's face when she first found out that the child is a girl"yes a girl Merlin even bought the items for the newborn but.when she got labour pain there were some complications and merlin died with the child "mira meet the eyes of Elijah to see if Elijah found her story believing, the truth is different but mira tried to twist the truth in a way that can be believed by human she had to do it because she cant say the full truth"her husband left the moment he found out Merlin died giving birth to his child "now mira is full sobbing ,where Elijah has a pained Expression on his face and didn't know what to do to comfort mira.
Elijah look at the other side of couch to see Logan silently watching his grandma with pained expression
Elijah move towards the women and put a comforting hand on her shoulder and said soothing words to her which only made mira to cry harder
So he decided to try and talk some sense by telling her to worry about Logan ,Elijah knew it's the only way .
"Faith has a cruel way of working sometime it can make you the happiest and some time you don't want to live another day, I know how it feels to lost someone you love I lost someone I love my mother my friend and my house my everything , but you know faith wasn't that cruel with me it left me a gift a precious one so I don't have to be alone and be selfish I have to share everything and protect my gift my sister from this cruel I have a reason to live life and not just to live the life has to be happy so I can hear the precious laugh everyone time , just like me you also have reason to live now by crying you will just going to destroy the moments you have with Logan and kill his happiness if you keep on remind him and yourself about your loss, mira you are a nice women but if you do this you will also going to give pain to your loved ones soul. "
With that Elijah moves away from old women armchair and moves towards the baby crib ,gently he picksup the baby and motion Logan who was silently watching there exchange of words to follow him .
Poor Logan was trembling he saw his grandma cry many times he loved his mother he know that and when he was told that there will be a another child to play with him , a little person who will make him a big brother, Logan was very happy that he will be big brother have someone to take care and play all the time .
On the day when his mother was to come from hospital with a baby in hand
Logan wanted to help his mother open her car door and hold her hand so she can safely step on the porch of there cottage , that day he sat on his grandma's chair waiting for his mother
With the handmade card he made for his sister the card also says I love you sister in small scribble it was hard for Logan to make it as first he has to learn alphabet ,he also bought his first pencil colours and crayons .
He waited by the window ,the time seems to pass slowly second by second
But the poor Logan didn't know that the person he is waiting for will never come in his life it will only left him hanging on the hope of there arrival sitting by the window .....
