New Encounters

After a long day at the university, Son Daiyu checked her phone and as what she already thought her husband messaged her.

-Be careful on your way home. Message me back if you went somewhere instead-

She replied, -I understood-

'Let's be formal for the meantime' she thought.

He saved her husband's number under the name "Kal Drogo". It's from the character in the famous television series Game of Thrones.

She also found a message from Min Feihong then she read it.

-cousin-in-law! I missed you! Can I invite you for dinner. I'm craving for Japanese cuisine-

-No probs! It's your treat this time- her reply.

-Okay 😘 - Min Feihong's reply.

She walked outside the campus along with her colleagues including Bai Lucy and Dao Jian.

When they approached the gate area they saw a man who was patiently waiting for someone.

"Honey!" prof. Bai Lucy shouted and it grabbed everyones attention including the guy who wears a cute pink polo and a pants.

"Honey!" he smiled so wide and slowly runs towards their current position. Then they hugged when they reached each other.

"You came! How about the work? And you dressed so well now. What's the occasion?" Prof. Bai Lucy looks so puzzled.

"Uhmm, hello" the guy greated them first. He was Prof. Bai Lucy's husband, Bai Quiru an engineer who owns a small construction company in the city.

All of them nodded in response.

"I just want to fetched you to secured your safety while going home. I don't want you to meet an accident especially now that you have our little one" he reasonably explained to his wife.

Everyone in the group heard it and it took them in surprised. Happy vibe was filled in everyone's eyes.

"Oh my god! Lucy! Congratulations!" Son Daiyu happily exclaimed and she also hugged her. The colleague also said their congratulations on Prof. Bai Lucy.

The couple was so embarrassed but they answered each some of them politely. After a long chitchat, the couple decided to went home. The other colleagues got their own vehicles so they headed to the parking lot. Prof. Dao Jian and Son Daiyu left in the group.

They decided to walked together and chitchat until they arrived at the bus stop. Just a few minutes a luxurious car stopped at their front. Both of them was surprised but Son Daiyu guessed that it was Min Feihong.

And her thoughts was right when the car's window rolled down and revealed the owner.

"Sister! I'm here!" she sai with a higher pitch then she when out of her car and grab Son Daiyu's hands.

"Where do you want to eat?" Son Daiyu asked.

"What's your recommendation?" Min Feihong asked back.

"I warned you it's not fancy but the food is superb" Son Daiyu answered with a gleaming eyes. "Let's eat at Itadakimasu restaurants" she added.

"Oh, that's sounds familiar. Okay, Itadakimasu it is!" Min Feihong gleefully responded.

While the two ladies holding up a conversation Dao Jian just seated there silently and listened to them.

"Let's go, sister" Min Feihong invited.

"Wait a second Fei! I forgot to introduce you to my colleague Prof. Dao Jian" Son Daiyu introduces him.

He was quite taken aback by the sudden inclusion of him in the conversation. He didn't respond in a minute because his embarrassed.

With the usual cheerful Min Feihong she happily approaches the shy guy who was sitting and the present her delicate hands in front of him.

"Sorry for not noticing you a little while, I'm Min Feihong by the way" she smilingly introduces herself.

It dumbfounded Dao Jian even more but seeing those beautiful hand in front of him he got up and confronted the lady but she was astonished by how beautiful she was.

In his eyes, she looked liked a angel sent down from heaven especially when she's wearing a beautiful peach dress.

"Professor Dao!" Son Daiyu elbowed him to made him back to reality.

"Ah, yes! I-I'm Dao Jian a professor here in the university" he nervously introduces himself and them received Min Feihong's soft hand.

"N-nice meeting y-you ma'am M-min Feihong" he's stuttering really bad.

"Nice to meet you too, Prof. Dao Jian" Min Feihong answered with amusement in her face because of this guy's cute actions.

Son Daiyu found a good chemistry between the two of them but she didn't want to rushed things especially that Min Feihong came from fresh broken relationship. So she decided to just observed how this two will progress.

"Prof. Dao! Would you like to join us in our dinner. It's my treat!" Min Feihong invited him after they let go of each other's hand.

"I-it's em-" he wants to answered but Son Daiyu interrupted. "He will Fei, he doesn't have any plans tonight. Right, Prof. Dao?" she smiled and face Dao Jian with a dictating look.

"Y-yeah!" he hopelessly answered.

"Yay! That's great! Hop in guys!" Min Feihong excited said while she went in in her car.

With Son Daiyu's dictating aura Dao Jian followed them and entered the back seat while she seated at the passenger's seat.

At the restaurant with a pack of people at all times because of its popularity the three of them seated comfortably. Because of Son Daiyu's enthusiasts at foods she knows most of the restaurant's owners in the city except for the luxurious ones, of course. Therefore, it became a advantage to her.

They already ordered food when she remembered her husband reminder so she hurriedly reported about the dinner to him.

-It's fine as long as you're with Fei'er. Enjoy your meal- he responded quickly.

-Thanks, you also have to take your dinner- she replied.

-I will after I finish this papers. Update me more after your done- he responded again.

-Okay-

She sighed on how the way they messaged each other. It's so casual but she can't complained about it because even though they were married couple it's not in a normal circumstances like the others.
