New Home

The return journey was much smoother.

Nothing really happened, except for Faur's complaints. Shortly after they departed, Chen Zhao and Fali disappeared from the rear view mirror and their voices began again.

The whole journey took eight hours. Chen Zhao sent Faur back first.

Then, they went straight to their new home at Mirror Lake.

It was the first time they saw their new home in its complete form, apart from the small saplings that had yet to be fully grown.

When the planted trees were fully grown, half of the villa would be covered, leaving only its top visible. By then, it would look like a white gem among the sea of trees.

When they arrived, there were still people inside putting the finishing touches.

"Mr. Chen, Ms. Fali, hi."

Felwood approached them and shook their hands.

Then, he led the two into the villa, introducing them to the various areas.
