"The receptionist said that the one staying at the Presidential Suite is Mr. Li." Zipping up her small luggage. "I will just shower then let's go". She turns, wraps her arms on his neck and kisses him.

"Is that an invitation?" Alexander wants more than a kiss. Lexi laughed. "I mean we will go after I shower. Can I rest? God! If you are use this, well... I am not.. I am so sore." She pouted and that even makes her so alluring.

People are staring when she checks out. But they are not staring at her, but to the God-like creature beside her, holding her luggage and patiently waiting, holding her hand.

"Please sign here," The receptionist asked her to sign a piece of paper for her check out. She tried to pull her right hand but Alexander just looks at her and signals to use the other hand. "That doesn't work that way. I NEED MY RIGHT HAND." she stresses every word.

Alexander rolls his eyes and moved to her left and holds her left hand. The receptionist smiles. "Have a good day Ms. Min. Hope you stay with us again."

Inside a black SUV, Lexi looks around. "This is not your car. Who owns this?"

"Me." Then leans towards her kisses her lightly and fasten her seatbelt. "Safety first" then winks.

Small gesture like this melts her. Sometimes she wonders if this can go on after 4 weeks.

Then she sighs. "You and your boss are notorious for being careful. All the girls..both of you dated did not even appear in any newspaper or online news. Aside from..you know..actresses admitting that they have dated you."

Alexander laughed. "Me and my boss?" and shakes his head. "We value our privacy so much. We have some nasty people surrounding us so we don't like private people in our lives to be involved."

Then glances at her and pinched her nose. "Is that a yes? Do you now agree to be my date tomorrow?"

"That is full of crap. I mean if I really love someone his problem is my problem and I want to be involved." and crosses her arms in front of her. "I will not understand your 'rich people' problem."

Alexander suddenly stops the car and looked at Lexi. "Are you ready to face the consequences of loving a person that lacks in a lot of ways? A man that is perceived as ruthless and cruel? Are you ready to be against the world just to say by his side?"

Lexi looks straight into his gray eyes and smiles. "Mr. Li you can't pick the person you will love. But staying in love is a choice, it is a battle that one has to prepare and win. If you even think of losing, you are not loving. Because just being with the person you love is already enough for you to feel like a winner." She touches his cheeks.

"And you are scaring me. You will really go this length just to show how serious you are. Stop the drama! I read that your boss is really strict with security and only shows maximum of 30 minutes in an event and avoids talking unless you are inside a meeting room. I would say kudos to your PR and Security Team! You really know how to manipulate the news and perception of people."

Alexander is just looking at her while she blabbers away. Will she really stay? Will she see his real intention? His feelings? Will she fight for him?

" Alright! It's a date then! Might as well indulge myself with good stuff while I'm at it." Lexi is also curious how the rich and famous dine or talk or generally how they interact and react. Well, she doesn't belong to that circle and in 4 weeks she will just be 'that' girl who Mario Li brought to an event.

Alexander kisses her forehead. This is a start.

Lexi is inside a familiar room and the glances that she got when she entered The Phoenix Hotel again is also familiar. She is now staring at a gown bag and a pair of Louboutin heels in black.

"So generous of you. My answer doesn't matter though since you already bought me a dress and shoes."

Another back hug. "Of course it would, I will just ask them to throw this away if you said no." Then kisses her nape.

"I will just borrow this and give it back after the event. This will be useless to me after tomorrow." and hugs the arms that are hugging her from behind.

"Also, can we please sleep tonight? Please?" and she turns and gives him her cutest face and presses her hands together to beg.

Alexander scoops her into his arms, placed her on the bed and gets a pair of pajamas. He helps her to take off her clothes and slip on her pajama. He tucks her in.

Afterward, he slips on in his pajama. "Goodnight baby." He holds her the whole night and if given a chance he will never let her go.
