Chapter 22 End of battle and a twisted reunion
it was as if the world went silent then a loud noise reached everyone and everything in the world...
the cause of the noise was a man, no, some kind of winged creature that was flying high in the skies as a large object came crashing down into the world...
when it reached the ground, a dome formed from the collision and the rain breaking deep in to the ground...
as a voice full of indignation and disgust that was almost like a squeal exploded through as the large being crawled through the hole it made...
"Damien!!! you fucking trash, how dare you do that! you damaged my FACE! ME the future king! you hear me!? KING!!! you are not allowed to get any stronger... this time it will be you who will DIE!!!"
the person that yelled out was Daniel as the left side of his face was bleeding, the heat and pain it brought him made him break his "majestic" demeanor as his hair was sticking face thanks to blood and a rain as his golem was on the verge of breaking apart yet he was forced to use the one thing that he believed was a sign of weakness if he used it...
"golem! use overdrive now! i want him dead!"
he was nearly on the brink of insanity due to the pain on his face, desperation and the skill that he believed in so much was unusable at this time, upon hearing the keyword the golem began to turn red as the formerly faceless head of the golem formed a pair of blue glowing eyes and a strange crack formed just above the chin before it ripped open showing a mouth full of rocks that looked like fangs as it roared in retaliation against the man that was flying above them...
the golem began to act more human like no more like it was as if the golem was acting just like Daniel from his curled fingers to the raged look on the golem's face as it slowly began to look like him...
a energy shield formed around the golem that was getting ready to jump into the air towards its opponent however a streak of black light caused it to stop its actions as it struggled to fend off the attack, the ground was cracking yet again underneath it...
the one that attacked them no longer looked human he looked more monster than anything as he skill he had was more integrated with his thoughts, it also made him lose every bit of humanity that he had, looking at the changes it made his skin was no longer flesh but that of metal that was alive, and everything that he lost was replaced by it...
and if one looked at the torso area there was two metal faces there that were life like and very similar to the man's wife and daughter as they bore a never ending smile as they simply stared at the target below...
he was strangely calm right now, every hate and anger that he felt was as if it was all just a dream..
yes his family is with him now...
they will never ever leave him again...
he can hear their thoughts now...
they are telling him to torture the one below them...
As a loving husband and father he will do his best because they seem to feel disgusted by the bug below them...
it is only right that he deals with it right?
Damien felt so alive compared to before as there was no longer any dull and annoying pain he was at peace now since his family was with him so now let us bring about this plague that brings discomfort to his wife and daughter...
Damien looked towards the golem below him with a cold gaze with his now glowing eyes that was similar to a bored yet hungry predator before throwing a large spear formed from his skill as he attempted to crush the enemy...
seeing how it was stopped he formed another then threw it, then another then threw it as well until it reached nearly a hundred yet the golem at the ground still managed to resist and survive...
as he was about to release another powerful attack a surge of red flame like energy burned while numerous stone spikes pushed back the spears that were sent and the human like golem now looked exactly like Daniel as its body formed more spikes but this time looked similar to spider legs, as the smooth surface reflected the scenery around it...
using those "legs" Daniel managed to get close to Damien as he attacked changing his golem's arm into a flexible set of swords that tore through the air as his opponent was leisurely dodging every attack...
the cold gaze he was receiving from Damien was putting him on the edge as it reminded him of his former bullies which infuriated him causing him to shriek out him word.
"STOP LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT....!!!" causing to release and burn more mana in to his golem.
*SMACK*
only to receive a slap that sent him spinning through the air....
this seemingly simple slap sent him so far away as damien was now pick his ear at this time as he muttered..
"so noisy..."
before appearing in front of the golem then piercing the chest area using his newly evolved skill "Earth lord" which allows him control any earth based object and store it within his body and more...
he was using the ability of the skill at this time while forcing the golem to stay in place while showing Daniel his new place in this situation...
as his squeals grew more disgusting...
"nonoNONONONOOOONNNNOOOOOOO!!!!"
Daniel was feeling fear after being the "strongest" for so long as the sharp pain on the side of his face remiged him of something he had forgotten as well...
his weakness, timid self, as his self esteem slowly crumbled he was building up red froth on the open side of his face as spittle was scattering about with bloodshot eyes this man refused to be under another person's foot taking a quick look around he see's something that may or may not save his live...
the golem opens its mouth the fires an energy blast that singed some of Damien's hair before continuing into the sky breaking through the atmosphere then destroying part of the moon...
causing the man that held it in place to frown at this then flung the golem towards the air before using more mana to create the very beam that the golem used blasting away with it...
at this attack the golem crossed its arms in front of its chest while using most of its energy to form one last shield to resist this onslaught as it flew further and further away as it was breaking apart...
however the last scheme that Daniel made was working...
little did Damien know that the golem tilted its shield in a manner that allowed it to use the momentum of the blast to send it in to something as the golem flipped off Damien with its crumbling hand after the man inside of golem proclaimed...
"GUEHEHEHEHEHE looks like i live another day so long sucker!"
what he reached was...

---Meanwhile---
back at the area where the military fought against a strange morphing monster and was forced to run away and use on of their men to hold it in place...
Another group of soldiers had arrived and their leader happened to be a young woman with blonde hair tied up in a bun she was wearing a military uniform as well...
her purpose of coming here was due to the report they received from the fifth company as the monster that can use the flesh of others to grow and form armor and weapons it sounded very familiar so she gathered the men that she could and hurried to the area...
after searching for some time they happened to stumble upon a teenage boy surrounded by blood and leftover carcasses...
it was eerie for the other soldiers however for their leader she was beaming with joy as the words that left her lips sent shivers down the spines of her soldiers due to how casually she said it as she strode closer to the boy.
"hehehe~ i found you i found you i found you, now i will never let you go~ this time i will remove these pesky limbs that separated us but don't worry i will still keep them-"
as her words went on the soldier behind her took a step back then looked at one another as cold sweat began to soak their backs...
they followed her in hopes of wooing her however seeing this opened their eyes...
yeah ill stick with cheap hookers instead were their thoughts at this time...
their leader was done elaborating the things that she would do then ordered them to fully restrain the boy then escort him back to base...
the look she had at the time was comparable to that of a beast... that found its prey after starving for a long time...
