Way in the City

We departed in the middle of the night, she sat in the coach and led the horses to move i also use magic to led the golem horses next to us, adele the one who led the carriage horses since i can't do it, she said she can so i let her

after a few minutes i started to feel sleepy, as expected i can't pull all nighters, my eyesight started to blur and i begun dozing off, but i remember adele was in sitting by my side, so i wake up my dozing self

"If you feel sleepy, you can sleep"

"I can't sleep, while your taking the horses, they are some dangers that might appear out nowhere, it's good to be sure"

She smiled while looking forward, did my face makes it epic when dozing off?

Again after few minutes more i started to doze off again and close my eyes, while i was about to sleep the adventurers in cage started to make a lot of noises, that wakes me up, adele also looks so annoyed with it

"Release us!!"

I ignore them

"Hey are you deaf or what?! I said release us!!"

Ignore them again i also feel that adele was super annoyed after what happened but decided to ignore them too

"HEEEYY!! I SAID REL---"

i snap

"Hey, you all !! can u give me a little peace and shut up?!!! I don't really feel so good right now!! Make more noises and i'll drown you with water!!"

"Drown us?!! In this cage?"

The adventurers laugh one after another, this is my limit...

i casted water magic in the cage, they thought the water will flow out of the cage? don't make me laugh i am so annoyed right now that i can kill people, i control the flow of the water, so the water stays inside the cage, the adventurers inside the cage begun to struggle, adele in the other side paid no attention, maybe because she think they deserve it

When i thought that the adventurers struggle enough i let water flow out, and the adventurers begun coughing

"Make more noises again, and i will make you all swim in hell fire"

I glare at them, and they all shut their mouth

after a few hours i didn't notice that i slept leaning in adele's shoulder

"Good morning"

she greeted

"Ah..I'm sorry i didn't notice that i fell asleep"

"It's okay, you must be really tired after using so much magic"

it was already morning

"Should we stop here? and make something to eat"

Adele agree and she stop the carriage, near at the way.

"They are some ingredients in the carriage but i don't think that it would be sufficient since some of it is alre--"

"I'll go hunting then"

i took out my fighting daggers in the space magic

"What is that?"

Adele looks surprise when she saw me taking out of something out of thin air

"Ah, it's space magic, for me to store things inside"

"It's first time seeing that kind of magic"

"Is that so?"

Is space magic unusual?

"Okay then, i'll go for now, wait me here"

Adele see me off from the carriage, then i begun dashing inside the forest, then i start thinking

Hmmm, best meal... i want breaddddd, but we are in the forest... is their any bread monster here? that was not possible of course

While i was thinking i saw orc, so i dash and cast enchantment magic in my two daggers in my right and left hand, and jump high, while in still air above the orc, and slash it's head off

Orc get! ahhhhh...orc meat again, i want something new, after defeating orc i put it in space magic

then i begun hearing a running water as i walk,

a running water? a river?

i headed to the sound and i saw a river, hmmm, fish sounds good too

Then using ice magic in the form of small lance i begun catching fish, after a minutes i manage to get seven fish, is this enough?

I thought that i took too long hunting so i decided to go back

When i arrive at the carriage, i saw the adventurers started to struggle to get off the earth that restraining they're hands but no avail.

"Trying to escape?"

The adventurers almost jump of out of surprise, The adventurers shut their mouths and say nothing

I saw adele asleep the front coach, she must be really tired, she did pull all nighter

i decided not to wake her up and prepare some simple meals using orc meat and the fish i got, just i'm about to finish the old man in the carriage woke up, and gone outside, he did stagger a little bit, he's not full recover yet

"Are you okay?"

i ran to him when i saw him to support him in walking

"Adele..."

he said while feeling look like he had a headache,and held his head

"If your looking for adele, she's at the coach sleeping"

"I-Is that so, Thank goodness"

I made the old man sit in the grass next to the carriage near where i was cooking

I decided to wake adele up since she might be worrried sick about the old man, as soon as she woke up i told her that the old man just woke up, she then rushes

"G-Grandfather!"

She embrace the old man, so he wasn't adele's father?

"I'm so glad your alright!"

"I too,"

And they begun crying, i don't wanna break this moment but i'm hungry they're moment can continue later, but my hunger can't

"Okay, now it seems the old man is alright, should we all eat?"

The two of them agree, while we are eating the old man spoke

"It seems that your the one who save us, Thank you very much"

"Your welcome"

"But this is a first time i saw an elf, usually elves don't go around except if they are adventurers"

The old man said

"I first thought so too, since the elven village is still far from here"

Did i perhaps make a mistake again?

"..."

i decided not to speak up since i don't know how will i respond

We finish our meal as for the adventurers of course i didn't give them any food it would be problematic if they suddenly get energetic and escape from the cage, they won't die from starve for not eating for a day

We then depart again after the meal

Adele led the carriage,

"I'm sorry for taking your time like this, you also must have destination"

"It's okay, i'm not really hurry"

"Is that so...May i ask where are you going?"

"I'm going in the demon realm"

"i see, well after seeing you use magic i think you can be independent yourself"

"...?" I tilted my head in confusion

"You see... there's no many human adventurers in demon realm, if their is they often go with parties"

"Why is that have to do with me?"

"Your going by yourself, it's definately unsual for me, though the demon country is peaceful not many people trust demon, there's still a lot of discrimination"

Adele said

For me as long as i don't interact, bad things won't happened

"and also your an elf and your going in the demon country, i'll just pray that the trouble walk away from you"

"What do you mean?"

"Why are you asking me? Your an elf and you don't know?"

"...?" and again tilted my head in confusion

Really what was that mean?

"Elves and Demon has a bad relationship with each other, because of what happened in the last war few years ago"

"really..." Is this form suicidal?

Well, i'll just transform back when i got there, elf appearance will give me more trouble than my own appearance itself

"You really don't know anything?"

"Yes, I'm not living in Elven village since i was young"

"Really now...that's really unsual"

We continue our pace, while talking until we reach our destination.
