A Plan

Thinking about that now was pointless. There was still another year and a half left of high school. Ivy wasn't even sure if Carson would want to hang out with her that long. Whatever pattern they were following now might not last forever.

He could always meet someone he preferred spending time with and she could potentially lose interest once she figured him out. She hoped that didn't happen though because spending lunch together like this helped her get homework done much faster.

That wasn't the only reason she wanted to be around him though. Carson was refreshing.

He had been surprising her a lot lately. That wasn't an easy thing to do since she had divided people into a few different types years ago. She had never been wrong before but he didn't fit into the 'overly studious type' the way she thought he did.
