33 | Park Juhyeon (ESCAPE)
The doctor said Taehyung was allowed to go home since he had no other problems that need medical attention, but he shouldn't do any dangerous things in the meantime, the house was a mess when we got in, apparently Hoseok, Yoongi, Jin and Namjoon had a sleepover, so they were the ones who had to clean the house
It almost took a day, but they managed to clean and organize everything, and they're better than Jimin and me when it comes to that! Ugh I'm jealous
"Remind me to never ask for a sleepover party again" Hoseok panted as he rested on the couch
"Noted" Yoongi replied after he took a sip from his drink
"What the heck?! All the food is gone! Hyungs!" Jimin glared at the four who just showed him a peace sign "It's almost dinner time and I'm starving!"
"Oh and he just makes fun of me when I am?" I muttered, tsk this guy!
"So being annoyed easily is in the family?" Taehyung chuckled
"Oh be quiet" I rolled my eyes
Jin stood up all of a sudden, wore his coat and grabbed some eco bags "I'll buy some food so Mr Park Jimin here won't turn into a volcano, now don't miss me too much"
"We won't" The guys announced which made Jin stick his tongue out before exiting the house
"Are you guys always this mean to eachother?" I wondered, I just noticed that they like annoying and teasing the others when they get the chance, and they all look used to it so it must mean that it usually happens
"Yup, we don't do that to you because you're scary sometimes" Namjoon shrugged
"And we don't know your other attitude, or original one" Jungkook added
I raised an eyebrow at them "I'm still the same person, jeez, my way of speaking might have changed, but that doesn't mean that I'll treat you all differently" The two nodded
We all had random conversations for the time being, all of our attention was on Taehyung, asking if he's really alright and stuff, well that's just me and Jungkook, the other set of questions were about our relationship, and Jimin kept quiet the whole time, to be honest, I don't know if it's a good or bad thing
Whilst they were questioning Taehyung, they also asked me, I don't know, but to me it was pretty awkward, we shared short stories of our past, but skipped the times when we used to fight, well, it was over little things anyways
Most of them were my fault though, and why am I remembering this all of a sudden again?
The awkward story telling continued, someone's phone rang, apparently it was Jimin's, he excused himself and went to the kitchen so we wouldn't be distracted, I wonder who called him at this time, it must be mom, if I'm right then why? Okay I'm too curious
"I still can't believe that Chaerin was Y/N's bestfriend, did you see what she did to noona at school?!" Jungkook shook his head, oh right, THAT thing, I understand her because she was just obsessed, but I hope that won't happen again in the future, it's a stupid thing to turn against your friend just because of the person you like
"Guys!" Jimin shouted for some reason, our heads turned to him, he was looking surprised and his face had a bit of anger "Juhyeon! The guards said that he disappeared from his prison cell!" All of our jaws dropped
W-What?! No! That can't happen! I pinched myself, in hopes that I was just dreaming, unfortunately, I'm wide awake and in reality, this is not good
"Apparently, they didn't know when he escaped, he strangled one of the guards, got a key, killed the others, and escaped, who knows where he's hiding, or how long he broke out! The researchers said that they were dead for more than 5 hours" Jimin sighed, I froze, if Juhyeon could do that to guards, then he could do something worse to us!
Everyone looked at me, I wasn't even surprised, I knew that I was the target, so, that means I'll be guarded 24/7 again? Is that it? And they'll risk their lives again? No! That's a stupid decision to use the same strategy again!
"Y/N, I know you don't like this" Taehyung started, I raised an eyebrow at him, I hate it! We shouldn't be scared of Juhyeon forever! Okay Jimin surely isn't, and I guess the others are just concerned about my safety, but we shouldn't let Juhyeon get what he wants! It's like we're showing him that I can't do anything on my own, and I'm not giving him that kind of pleasure
"What if this all ends up wrong again? I am not going through another waiting-for-someone-to-heal phase again, and I'm sure you all don't want that either, we have to plan, Chaerin could also help us, she hated us once right? She might have an idea of what Juhyeon is up to, we could also check the security camera footage and-" I explained but Yoongi cut me off
"That plan of yours is risky, besides, I worked for those two remember? Even if we saw what happened in the footage, Juhyeon is a good hider, he isn't dumb enough to leave any breadcrumbs that would lead to his hiding spot" he crossed his arms, well, Yoongi has a point, but I believe that it's still worth a try
"Hyung, do you think that noona is safe at school?" Jungkook asked all of a sudden, oh right.... I need to attend classes again because I've been missing for a long time now, but I guess no one would care nor noticed, I didn't interact that much with my schoolmates while I had amnesia
"She'll cut classes again until the police is one hundred percent sure that Juhyeon isn't in Seoul anymore, he isn't stupid enough to barge inside this house without a plan and stuff" Jimin answered, what the heck?! The money you used for my tuition fee will go to waste! Well, I wasted it a bit but I shouldn't make it worse! "Y/N,Jungkook can't help you against Juhyeon, you know that" He reminded me, ugh, I hate how right he is
"I might as well drop out" I rolled my eyes and looked at Taehyung "You're also not teaching that much so why don't you quit your job, I mean, I know how much you love-"
"Yes I do, but if I can't do my job right, I might as well let it go" Taehyung shrugged "Besides, I wasn't a great teacher when you were my student, so that could be a sign that teaching isn't really the job for me" I bit my lip, why do I feel like a part of him is giving up just to use his time to watch and guard me because of my brother?
"Anyways, me and Yoongi hyung will be the ones to have a chat with Chaerin and gather all the information and ideas she has" Hoseok announced "We can also check the police station for anything suspicious and we'll ask the other prisoners in case Juhyeon did have a flaw in his plan" Yoongi added
"Me and Namjoon hyung will search for Juhyeon" I didn't bother to interrupt Jimin and ask why, I know that those two can handle themselves very well "It won't take that long, oh and I forgot, Jin, could you do something VERY important? No jokes" Namjoon told the older one seriously
Jin rolled his eyes "I don't joke 24/7 jeez, okay what is it?" He leaned closer to Namjoon, who whispered something that none of us, not even Jimin, could hear "Okay got it"
"Thanks, we'll leave tomorrow morning" Namjoon told us "Y/N please don't do anything that'll make us worry a lot, we know you can handle yourself but remember who Juhyeon is and what he can do to you, Taehyung, Jin, Jungkook, watch her carefully okay?" The three nodded, once again, I am treated like a child
The four left, starting OPLAN: FIX WHATEVER THE HECK THIS IS while I'm here at the house, but seriously, what did Namjoon tell Jin, I asked him that but he just shook his head and quickly exited the house, weird, that makes me even more curious! UGH!
I sat down on the couch and turned on the TV, what was I supposed to do? I'm certain that I'm not allowed to go out of the house, sigh "Noona, don't make that face, you look stressed" Jungkook mentioned as he sat beside me "It'll pass, don't you trust the hyungs?"
"I do but I don't like how they handle the situation" I explained while watching the show in front of me, I can only say one thing about it, it's B-O-R-I-N-G "I'll just have to hope that Juhyeon will be caught soon I guess"
"Yeah that'll take some time" Taehyung walked in and sat beside Jungkook "Just enjoy your time without drama, Y/N, you'll wish for this soon, trust me"
"I just want some thrill, I mean, sure I'm scared of my own brother but what's the point of getting my stupid memory back when you all will treat me like the innocent seoul Y/N instead of adventurous busan Y/N?" I groaned
"Don't talk like that, it's making me wonder how the guys and I managed to keep up with your weird attitude" I smacked him in the head "Ow!" Good for you --,
"You see Jungkook, this is why Taehyung here is a bad role model" I smiled innocently at Kookie who was just staring at me and Taehyung, okay maybe I scared him, that's bad right?
