I'm Hungry

'Hmm... huh?... where am I?'  I remember thinking when the pain hit me in every part of my body 'ugh! damn! it fucking hurts!' I said. I then scan myself from every angle. I'm in shock as I see my entire skin painted with a series of bruises, cuts, and scar marks that would surely not come off.

As I slowly got up, I tried not to make sudden quick movements that would send a rush of pain all over my body. I then looked around as I did so, I felt that the world was huge. I then looked straight ahead of me and I saw an alleyway.

It's walls were way much taller. however they looked very old fashioned, they were made of old bricks and woods like those you'd see in old story books or old history books.

Full of pain, I slowly limped towards the opening of the alleyway so I could escape this cold and lonely place. I then reached the entrance of the alleway where I met a narrow road filled with busy people doing their shopping or something. I saw many people dressed in a very strange way. My attention shifted toward the direction of the men on horses  pulling carriages. Also a person who pulls a little carriage like a horse but they are not horse tho. I was astonished by the sight of what was happening in front of me. I remember thinking as I chuckled, 'huh,' looks like I'm in medieval times.

I looked around to find a person who could help me with my injuries in my body full of bruises and cuts. I walked around, felt of thirsty in my throat. ' I need some water' pondering on my mind. I explore around the street to find a free water resource in desperate time. When I got out the street without knowing it I'm already in big plaza and there I found a big water fountain in the center of plaza and many people walking by or sitting at the edge of fountain. So I ran n harry while I'm still limping in my injury. When I reach, I dove right away *SPLASH* The couple who's talking to each other got startled and looked around the water. I got soaked with water and then I got up, I opened my mouth wide while the water from the edge of the second layer fountain design fell toward me on my mouth. I drank and drank until I got satisfied. I don't care who's looking at me weird but I keep drinking water.

After I drunk I sitted beside the water fountain. I looked at the couple who looked at me, a weird kid. I just smiled at them, I looked at myself 'hmmm... pretty good now I got a little bit clean of myself but I need to search someone who could help me bandage this wound. I got up walk toward the couple and asked. "Hello, excuses me for disturbing your happy time each other but can I ask something," I paused. I looked at them, they both had a puzzle looking in their eyes. I frown 'hmmm...' I tried again to ask them same question but no avail they have both still look puzzle so I tried do body language or sign language.  I look like an idiot in front of this couple, I curse them but I need to heal myself first. I search around for a stone just to draw on the floor since the floor is made of gravel. I found stone at the corner of a fountain wall. I started to draw of my looking arm with a cut of blood, also give them a sign to wrap around the wounds. I looked at them pointed to my draw and to my injuries. Now they understand what I meant, the coupled looked each other and smiled at me. 

They looked around and then pointed the bakery shop with so many bread displayed in outside. I nuded, then bow down to them also I shake their hand. I started wolk toward the bakery. There I saw Old fat bald old man carrying a basket full of bread. Before I could reach the old fatty man who saw me already. I felt like my hair is standing up is like killing intent or blood thirsty beast but I don't know why who doing it. I searched around, I could not find anything the thing I felt before was already gone. So I continue walking toward the old fat man. I saw a old lady with with her grandson. He looked older than me because of our height difference. "What do you get, Rox?" The old lady asked her grandson. "Grandma i want that round bread with X mark on it," replied Rox while he pointed to the bread with a X mark on it. I got puzzle because I could not understand what they are saying so I stared got panic. 

I started to turn around with my panics and run. But because of my bruises and some cuts I can't ran at my full speed. When I was running bumped something hard but kind soft. I feel down with my butt on the ground and I look up. I saw a pretty gorgeous lady who was in her twenties or thirties. She is wearing an average woman's dress that you can see around this town. She is also carrying a basket full of veggies, fruits, and meat. The hair color was golden brown hair tied in with a clothing hairnet. Blush, I realised need to stand up and apologize, so I stand up slowly because of the pain of body. I bow my self in five times and look at her. I evaded her gaze and started walking away. 

Grrrrr* the sound grumbling on my stomach that can hear a teen foot away. When the woman heard the sound she turned around and saw my appearance. All my body is full of bruises and cuts.  she called me "Young kid wait a minute." I look around when she is yelling around but when I look at her. she started approaching me and grabbed one of my shoulders. When she touches my shoulder where it cuts. Aoouchh* She got startled and apologized "Sorry kid if i touched your wound but  I will help you to heal your wound." paused and then continued "In one condition you need to follow me and eat at my father's bakery." she stared at me and also with a smile like an angel illuminated with a light behind her. But as I frown with my face I couldn't understand what she saying. I scratch behind my head while looking at her in confused. While she looked at me confused and she asked "Kid do you understand what I'm saying." I'm confused again but whatever she said I just make sign language with my body also shaking my head. The infront of me started smiling and grinning. She just look like witch to ready when she make that face with grinning. I was startle when she grab my hand and drag me to the street. 

When I look around while she dragging me around. I saw bakery again we getting closer and closer. She open the door and started yield "Pops we got costumer...  a freeloader one." her pops knows what she was talking about so he just started grabbing a breed some milk. when he walkout from the kitchen when he saw her daughter holding my hand and look at myself. "Ohh so you are that kid who started running away when you saw me." He laugh out loud, while her daughter staring at her so he stop stop laughing. But he also saw my face confused and also his daughter looked at me. And she remembered back then, started telling her pops. The pops kept nodding as he understood now we meet each other and also how I'm confused about what he was saying so. 

Grrrrrrrr* my stomach started to rumble again. without thought I said out loud "I'm hungry." when they heard a weird language. They got startle and looking at me as homeless foreign kid. After that they got back their own usual. The pops he hand me a plate of bread and wooden cup of milk. When I saw the food, I started drawing myself. I grab the bread with my little both hands. gable the food like a beast, left and right I grab the bread and munch them all. While the father and daughter looked at me with a smile on their face. After that, The daughter stood up then went back to the kitchen and the Pops walked outside the store.
