Chapter 26

I just hope everyone in the safe place and baby Jill too.

The arrows keep coming towards at me while I'm hiding behind the broken chimney. I look infront of me and saw the broken roftop.

If I can just run fast as I can, I might be able to evade some arrows. But I'm scared, what if the arrows hits me. I already have two scratches on both sides of my cheeks. And it is sting, what if I died here. Suddenly, another whistle I heard. I look up at the sky with twinkles of little star.

That's right I have that thing, he might be able to save me if I shot this arrow through the sky. I grab the whistle arrow from my quiver. I then put the arrow on the string of the bow, and I aim the bow arrow with whistle toward the sky. I pulled the string harder until the bow was bending like almost a "<&)"shapes. I then releases the string and the arrow flown up in the night sky and a sound of bird cries can be heard from the bow whistle.

And after that, I felt the goblins stop shooting arrows at me. I peek them arround the corner of the broken chimney and saw they were staring at the sky.

This is my chance, while they are distracting by the sounds of my arrow. I hurriedly climb at the rooftops. before I could escape from the danger, I felt a danger behind of me. I hurriedly jump off on the other side of rooftop.

I was able to escape from the danger, I guess my luck is on my sides. Asfter escaping the barrage from arrows amd luck was not on sides this time. I was slipped on the rooftop and slide down all the way to the edge of rooftop. I tried to get a hold to stop my falling, but I'm unable to stop and continue sliding me down until I fall down in the alleyway. There's a bunch of wood piling up. I crush one of those pile while slowing down my fall but also I felt something broken on part of my body.

CRUSSH!

TUD!

BANG!

BOOM!

I felt like being use as a pinball. Crushing one another to another until I reach on the ground where a rabble of trash

I tried to stood up while my body felt pain all over the place. I'm walking limping, I tried using the wall to assists me for my balance while walking.

Grrrr!

SMASH!

BANG! BOOM!

While I'm about to exit in the alleyway, I heard loud grambling and a sound booming sounds arounds of surroundings. I felt like someone was demolishing the place without carrying the houses. I peered into the corners of the wall looking for the disturbing sounds.

What I saw was a giants, no, I mean for the kid like me they look giants to me. Like they were twice as hight of regular adult human, its a goblin champion. With his bulking body, two tusk coming out from his mouth like boar, and he swinging his piercing club left and right to smash to those who blacking his path. The debris was flown everywhere. And behind him was his minions goblin and hobgoblin holding variety of weapons. rusted swords, shields, daggers, wooden club, and a bow.

I also saw familiar figures, those damn ugly trios. Those trios who's responsible for my sorry state rightnow. I couldn't stop my urge to shoot them with my arrow. I suddenly realise, something wasn't right.

I search all over the place but I couldn't find what I'm looking for.

"MY BOW, WHERE DID IT GO!?" I unconsciously yelled until I heard a voice of growling behind my back.

Grrrrrr

I had bead of sweets all over my face and my back. "I don't wanna look back I don't wanna look back I don't wanna look back" I keep chunting repeatedly. I don't wanna see giant ugly face when I turn around.

I'm still stunding because I felt that monster staring at me intently like I feel I was naked infront of him. And also felt heavy like tge gravity suddenly increases. When I'm turn around, I'm sure I'll never see what happen if it hit me that club he holding it.

Suddenly I felt someone touched my shoulder or pressed. And I suddenly jolted, I felt a rush of adrenaline as I felt those finger on my shoulder. I can't take it anymore. So fuck with it.

But suddenly I realized my body nor my legs won't move. My body is shivering. Common move,please. I don't wanna die here. I need to survive or my revenge to those who killed mama and gramps will be nothing.

I can't help but to turn around to see if I able to beg to spare my life. When I turn around I saw a grinning face who was looking down on me. My body even more trembled amd heart was pumping to hards.

Why am I so unlucky at this situation.Oh god please help me, I'm begging you and save my life. I'll do anything what so ever you ask me to do.

The goblin champion raised his club and ready to struck down on me. Because of my despaired I was sitting on the grounds. I felt god was abandoning me and couldn't help but just to beg them.

"Please please I'm begging you! spare my life Mr ogre!?"I yield at my top lungs. "I'll do anything what ever you want.!!"

When they heard me begging, they all laughed like I'm just clown to them. And even more worse, their teeths has a yellowish, some black, some missing, and deferents angles Its kind like a piranha.

When the goblin champion swang his club strait on to my body, I couldn't help but close my eyes. At the sometimes I defends my both arms where the goblin champion going to hit me.

BAM!

Bwaaaghh!

I spew a water, and my body flew to the opposites of the house.

Thud!

Crasshh!

I was crashed on the piles of woods and barrels. The goblins running towards at me. No, by the time I was flew away they already chasing at me. The goblin champion just stood there at my opposites directions surrounded by hus minions and he smiles at me, he release little grumbling. He then continue walking where he was going and the goblins making space for the ogre to walk on

I tried to stoodup but my body was broken. I flet my bone was dislocated and some fractures on my ribs and my arms. I couldn't even move of my legs and arms. I then spew a mouthful of blood.

The goblins was ready to struck me down with swords, clubs, spears, sticks, and daggers or their hands; And tear me apart.

I guess I'll be joining with mama Cathleen and grandpa Vince. I started losing my consciousness but seconds by seconds everything was getting slower and slower. I then, I blackouts. Everything was darkness and I felt empty. I finally can relax and take it easy.

I hope Roger and his gang would help Jill raise her. I ahh baby Jill I hope you grow...
