"Time flies so fast."

Okami gave an exasperated sigh when he saw the calendar. Today was Saturday and he knew that everyone was busy on this day. Fresh Genins usually have their intensive training at this part of the week because there were no classes and the Jounins were free.

Koga informed him earlier that he could not visit the bugs today because their team would have their special training at Akira's house, which was located at the edge of the village. Even Naruto would have to face the Bell Test with his teammates later this morning. Okami expected no visitors would come today.

Okami recalled what happened last night, from the shaking of the house to the images of the birds. "What the hell was that? Three Birds...they looked like the Kanto Legendary birds. But what does that even mean?"

Okami led the duplicated pokemon to the backyard near the forest entrance and released them all, which earned him 100 DP. With this, he could execute some of Palkia's and Dialga's skills in case of an emergency.

Okami kept tabs on the gender of the pokemon he released because he wished that the pokemon would meet each other and form a family in the wilderness. If kept undisturbed, he knew that the pokemon population would increase in no time. In the future, catching pokemon in the wild would not be an issue anymore. But pokemon have their own temperaments so they still must be careful when catching one.

After he was done, he returned inside his house and inspected the Pokemon Center.

The first thing that he wanted to check was the PC, which reminded him of a normal desktop computer back on Earth. If this building was the same as that of the pokemon game, then he was sure that this PC was the device to logged into the Pokemon Storage and Item Storage System.

Okami wondered how he could turn on the device when he noticed that the Power Light was already blinking. He pressed the 'Enter' key and a 'Create your Account' prompt appeared right at the center of the screen. With the help of the mouse pad, he tried creating an account but the PC detected that he was the owner of the System, leading him to a new page. 'Someone's PC' became 'Okami's PC', which was the PC to store extra pokemon. Upon reading the user manual, he found out that unlike him, other Pokemon Trainers could only have six pokemon with them at all time, whether summoned or unsummoned. The rest of the pokemon caught by the trainers were then stored in this system. As to where the pokemon were physically stored, he had no idea.

The next thing that he visited was the Healing Station. He tinkered with the machine and was dismayed with the fact that it was currently locked. The only way he could operate the machine was with the presence of the Receptionist.

Then, he went towards the infirmary beds, which were positioned just beside the passage that led to a narrow hallway. Upon trying them, he discovered that the beds were comfortable and soft. He sniffed at the bedding sheets and smelled the floral perfume.

Curious, he carefully walked through the narrow path until he reached a metallic door that had a sign that said, 'Not Yet Available'. He summoned the Pokemon App to know what this place was for and found out that it was an unknown portal. If the door was a portal, there was a possibility of entering another dimension using this door. He twisted the knob but it did not budge. He did not linger on it and followed his way back to the infirmary beds.

"This is pretty good," Okami muttered to himself when he was done with his investigation. "I wonder what will happen if I unlock the PokeMart. Will the room expand?"

Okami summoned every pokemon except Kadabra and led them outside to play because the area inside was not spacious enough. Soon, the front yard was filled with loud noises coming from the excited pokemon.

He opened his notes as soon as the pokemon were busy to study several Jutsus he had learned from Kakashi. Starting with the hand seals, he familiarized himself with how it affects the chakra inside his body. He tried several combinations and was surprised when he noticed that some had results while others were nil. He memorized everything and repeated the ones that were effective until it became natural for him.

Okami remembered the prompt saying that he had great chakra control due to Arceus' blessings. Chakra control was needed in most Jutsu, for instance, in Genjutsu and Medical Jutsu. Chakra blades used by Asuma needed fine control as well. He successfully executed the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu on his first try but he was not very interested in these things. Since he was a Pokemon Emissary, he wanted to incorporate Chakra usage through Pokemon Jutsu. He had an inkling suspicion that chakra control was needed to create a great result.

He analyzed every skill that he currently has and even made a chart of the different abilities he could use to easily traced his progress. Since he had decided to absorb Kadabra at all times, he began with the psychic pokemon.

"Flash, Disable, Teleport and Psybeam. These are the skills that Kadabra has."

Okami opened the Pokemon App and read their descriptions. Psybeam was the only offensive move, Flash and Disable were supplementary in nature, and Teleport was a field move. He could either strengthen the power of Psybeam or focus on developing the range and effectiveness of the supplementary skills with the help of Chakra control. As to Teleport, he had no idea what to do with it in terms of improvement with the help of chakra.

After a few minutes of internal fighting, he finally opted for Psybeam as his first experiment. He walked around the house to search for a sturdy target. Luckily, he was able to find one which stood tall at the back yard. Even though they were made of bricks, they were constructed in a way that a pile of bricks overlapped the others, forming shield-like walls.

Okami faced the wall and executed Psybeam to know its effect. A peculiar ray zoomed out of his eyes, hitting the target without fail. When the ray crashed against the wall, Psybeam dissipated without creating any physical damage against the wall. He even walked closer to see if there was a slight dent on it but found out that there was none. He suspected that Psybeam was just a mental attack that caused great damage against a living being. Since he had no living target that he could test with safely, he disregarded it for now and proceeded to his next step.

This time, he tried condensing his chakra onto his eyes until a slight glow was formed. After he felt that the chakra output was enough, he turned around and said, "Psybeam."

The ray this time was colorless and invisible to the eyes. Okami just knew that his attack was successful because he felt the condensed chakra was used up. After a few seconds, he heard a soft cracking sound. He was surprised because there was a visible dent on the wall.

"What will happen if a person is hit by this chakra-fueled Psybeam?" Okami wondered and tried several attempts, this time experimenting on the effects of chakra output to its offensive power. Soon, he had great results after using almost all the walls that surrounded his territory. Okami discovered the exact chakra output needed to cast Psybeam with splash effect, which was perfect for multiple enemies, and the right amount to have a piercing effect, which was good for a single enemy. He called the first one, the Splashing Psybeam and the latter, the Piercing Psybeam. He was curious if he could increase the possibility of confusing enemies with the help of chakra manipulation but he needed living targets to find out.

Okami wrote the results on his empty parchment, rolled and sealed the paper. He went inside the house and took the small chest that he once used when he was selling pastries and cakes. Even though it was small, yet the size was enough to contain the rolled paper. He put the document inside and carried the chest with him outside.

After he was done with Psybeam, he chose Teleport as his next case. His idea was simple - to make Teleport an offensive move as well. If he could make it in a way that every time he appears in a certain location, a condensed form of chakra zoomed out of his body, thereby creating Area-of-Effect damage, just like that of Meepo in the DOTA Games.

Okami condensed the chakra output throughout his body and Teleported at a random area. He was disappointed that the chakra dissipated without creating any effect. Even though he tried several ways in increasing the output and range, he failed to create the desired effect. He wanted to try it with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu but he was not yet able to learn it from Naruto. He set Teleport aside and stopped the tests until he found a sparring partner that was willing to be subjected to these skills. He smiled when he remembered Shikaku's Drowzee, which could cast Disable at Level 4. Since both of them could benefit from studying Disable, then he could not see any reason for Shikaku to decline his wish.

As for Flash, he needed to have a sparring partner that has Abra as well. With these, they could take turns receiving a Flash attack and compare their discoveries to know how Flash operated.

Since he failed to strengthen the other skills, for now, he spent his time improving his Psybeam and added several variations like Slashing Psybeam, using the idea of throwing chakra blades, and Crushing Psybeam that had the same concept with the Splashing Psybeam but the chakra was more compact.

Due to Kurama's chakra, Okami was able to persist throughout the day, only stopping when it was time to eat. The pokemon were curious towards Okami's way in using the skills but was later ignored. They did not understand what chakra was because they did not have one.

Because of his diligence and hard work, he was able to form many ways in manipulating his chakra, including chakra blades and chakra scalpels. Even though he did not learn any new Jutsu, his chakra control was put into good use and he had formed different ways of using chakra to attack.

It was almost dark outside and he felt cold because of the chilly wind hitting against his topless body. He called his pokemon to eat and everyone feasted as soon as the foods were set on the table.

After he cleaned the area and secured the place, he went upstairs and took a bath to freshen himself. He changed into his comfortable clothes and was about to sleep when the Pokemon App appeared on his hand.

============================

Meanwhile in the Hidden Village of Snow, at the Kazahana Castle, everyone was in a state of shock.

Koyuki Kazahana was overwhelmed with the sudden increase of complaints that came from her subordinates. Even though the matter was not her fault, she could understand why they were reacting that way. The weather was colder than usual.

"Are all the snowmobiles still functioning?"

A black-haired kunoichi gave her a piece of paper. "Yes. Luckily, we have decided to hide it inside the shed last night. But the railroads leading outside...they are all covered with thick snows."

Koyuki Kazahana thought for a moment and asked, "Who was the one who claimed to see an unusual thing last night?"

The hunter wearing thick jackets and pants move forward. "Hanto Rumaza at your service, Princess."

"Tell me, what did you see?"

"I was inside a forest to hunt for food. When I've arrived at a clearing, I've heard a loud screech. I've looked at the source of the sound and seen a giant blue bird up in the mountains..."
