"What do you mean by that? Lady Roydon called you? Who are you?" asked Rina, hoping that the being won't come any closer.
The man smiled as he stuck his arm upwards and into the air. A swarm of aquamarine Elemental Energy converged to his raised hand. Once it took the shape of something unclear, a ring of aquamarine shot out from his palm, shocking everyone.
It was similar to a shockwave created by two fists punching each other at full force. A second later, a sniper rifle appeared in the hand of the unknown Mage. He then brought it down and placed it into position. And aimed at Rina's head. But the sniper rifle looked odd...There wasn't any scope on it!
Suddenly, the Mage primed the rifle though It did not load it with any bullets. Or so, she thought. His eyes shined aquamarine he pulled the trigger at Rina's head. A single shell made out of seawater made its way to Rina before protesting.
She was about to catch the bullet with her bare hand when the Mage smirked.
"Lynx Eyes! Round Seven; Shot Of The Seven Seas!" shouted the Mage as the single bullet featured into seven large pieces.
Each part was as big as Rina, and all of them were surrounding the poor Butterfly Mage. When she felt another Elemental Aura being flared up, Rina wanted to change tactics and sit out a defensive spell but froze. Rina quickly looked around, losing focus on the real threat.
"Draw the heat towards me, amplify my power. For my hands are one with the beast of flames; Ifrit. I create thee... From the Greek Mythology. A skillful Archer. Eurytus of Oechalia..." echoed a female's voice.
"Eurytos Bow."
Rina instinctively looked upwards and saw Circe, high up in the trees. She was scary and the opposite of herself when she was playing around. Her hair was flowing in the wind as Circe aimed at the ground below. No way, how'd she get there in such a short amount of time?!
The girl drew her bow into a firing stance. It was hard to see, but Rina could make out a very stunning bow in the girl's hands. Circe's left hand held the middle of the bow, which was a red stick. Again, there was nothing special there, but the top and bottom parts honestly looked impressive.
They were a pair of golden wings, with the left one being at the bottom and the right one being at the top. In between each wing and the middle red stick was a mini harp painted in gold. Circe made the bowstring entirely out of flames.
"Pyro's Arrow!" yelled Circe as she released the bowstring.
Circe continued to tug on the bowstring for another six more times with blinding speeds. She also adjusted her aim with the bow, moving it around to concentrate on the fragmented bullet. Each arrow that got released halted the seven pieces of shot that the opponent had shot out.
All of them were now hovering in mid-fire. Each of the fragments was fighting for control. Duncan wrinkled up his nose as he got a whiff of an overpowering stench of blood. He glanced around and noticed that each fire arrow had drops of blood on them.
"I'm quite impressed at that little girl's accuracy. I dare say that it will rival mine someday. However, currently, your flames are weak against the Element of Seawater," said the mystery man with an evil grin.
"Don't be so sure when you've never met me before," argued Circe, with an angry tone.
She wasn't shouting, but a fool could tell that she was livid. Circe held up a hand in front of her face opened palm. Rina was appalled that the child's entire hand was covered in cuts and was bleeding. Slowly, her blood was starting to shine orange.
The blood covering the arrows also joined in and started glowing auburn. The Mage looked shocked as he did not anticipate the young girl's backup attack. Not only that, the child was using her blood as a backbone for starting more flames. That was... Unfathomable for a human!
"Blood Mastery, Amber!" yelled Circe, balling up her bloodied hand into a fist.
All seven arrows burst into colors of amber and crimson. The ground quaked as the explosions went off. Rina held the kids close so they wouldn't fall. The Spearman Pillar could not believe her eyes. This kid was genuinely formidable.
Meanwhile, the opponent was slightly angry about using his arms to block the explosions. But he took a deep breath, keeping in mind that he was up against a child, not an adult. A small part of him wanted to bring in the big guns, but the Mage thought better of it.
