The Ark Of Victory Against Bedivere

Rina aimed her spear towards the wounded Bedivere as pale pink Elemental Energy engulfed her figure and weapon. As she locked onto her target, the spear exploded with power as the Elemental Energy caused the weapon to grow in size. Flower petals danced around.

"Hell of the Flower Dance... Memories of the Flower Dance... Closure of the Flower Dance. Nature has taken its course. Blossom, O' poison children of mine. Bloom, O' bulbs of mine! For these flowers are the symbol of my power. The emblem of my final Dance."

"I implore of Nature to fuel my spell to eliminate my foes..." chanted Rina as the flower petals lined up with her wings to create a more significant set.

"Wait! You don't have to use that spell again! We are here, and we can fight alongside you! I won't allow you to lose your other eye so stop your spell now!" commanded the Slayer, looking upwards.

Rina smiled at Bryan as she pulled away her eyepatch to reveal a new eye. The entire eyeball was purple with streaks of pink that looked almost like a swirling galaxy. Where did she get her hands on such a precious item?! Bryan was so mesmerized that his shield was starting to weaken.

"OI! Focus on the guard, or we'll risk losing! I didn't expect Bedivere to be this powerful, so better add more to the defenses!" shouted Ashley, snapping Bryan back to reality.

"Power this spell with my Energy! Power it with the jealousy that looms and lingers within us... For this is the Spell of Envy! These flowers will consume you! Revised Stage, Broken Dance! Hyacinth Blasted Eyes... Open my Arcane Eyes, for I draw power; allow me to see the world..."

"Arcane Eyes of Pain, activate!" yelled Rina as she threw down the giant, Elemental Energy-driven spear.

An explosion of Hyacinth bulbs emerged from the spear's tips, surrounding Rina as she struck down onto Bedivere. Using her Arcane Eye, Rina could see bright pink spots on Bedivere's body. Then, remembering what Gillian had instructed her, the Flower Mage changed her grip on the spear.

"These are the Arcane Eyes of Pain... Someone owed me money, so as payment, the Mage gave me these eyeballs. They are an Elemental item called 'Arcane Eyes' which allows the user to see the world differently from our normal eyes."

"This particular set allows you to see the pain points of every individual you meet. So let's say they've got a broken arm; by using the Arcane Eyes of Pain, you can find out which part of the arm is broken. Ysabeau told me you saved her from Mavislin's rampage, so I'm gifting these to you."

"I'm sure it'll come in handy in the battles. First, however, I suggest you keep the eye covered so others won't try to pluck it out. Besides, because the Arcane Eyes is a Skill that needs a working eyeball to have the full effect, you would only see black with colored spots if you only use that eye."

"As for our little exchange here, don't tell your boyfriend about it, okay?" instructed Gillian, with a little wink.

The Flower Mage cursed Gillian for teasing her as she recalled the memory but was grateful that the Headmaster had given her such a powerful gift. Rina held her breath as she moved her spear to slash at the bright pink spots while the trail of Hyacinth bulbs followed the weapon's movement.

Everything happened so quickly that even Ashley failed to see Rina's movements against the Knight. When she was done, Rina was left with one last move; the finishing blow. However, the Flower Mage saw Bedivere's pained face and hesitated.

A picture overlapped Bedivere's figure within Rina's vision; a picture of when Bedivere was a real Knight and looked human. The opponent in front of her needed to be freed from the pain existing in the world. The Flower Mage smiled, allowing her spear to plunge through Bedivere's heart.

Rina said nothing as her eyes dulled, allowing Bedivere's limp body to flop onto her shoulders.

"Thank you... Flower Monarch... You... Have freed... Me..." muttered the Knight of Loyalty as blood dripped down his mouth and onto Rina's arm.

"If there would be a next time we meet again, let us be friends and allies... Enjoy your eternal peace and know you were wrong about creating a utopia here because the true place of paradise is when you do not need sins anymore. Where you can finally rest without pain or worry."

"You have fulfilled your duty towards the King over a few hundred years ago, so you deserve the sleep. I hope you meet your King once you've reached the stars... And see, his smile again," whispered Rina as Bedivere's tears fell onto her cheeks.
