Graduation
" Come with me for a bit," said Reiner as he lead the way towards a secluded place. Ymir hesitated for a while but decided to follow him. When they reached the place they looked at each other, each, not knowing what to say until Ymir broke the ice and asked,
" So.....what do you want to talk about?"
"..." (Reiner)
" Look, if you don't have anything to say then I'm going!" said Ymir in irritation.
" Wait!.....I want to ask you...how you can read those words written on that book," asked Reiner.
"....." Ymir hesitated for a bit and said: " And why should I tell you?"
" Nobody here can read those words except if you are from our hometown," answered Reiner.
" Well, now you know that there are some people who can read those words other than the people from your hometown," replied Ymir with a scoff.
" Are you.....are you one of us?" asked Reiner uncertainly.
" I don't know what you are talking about," said Ymir as she crossed her arms.
" Don't play dumb with me Ymir! You and I both know that you are lying!" shouted Reiner in agitation.
"...." (Ymir)
" Listen to me, if you don't want to tell me what your purpose is for coming here, that's fine, but we should join forces. That way we can help each other out," explained Reiner.
" I really don't know what you are talking about, but it seems that you came from 'there' with a purpose and I'm guessing that you are responsible for the destruction of the wall a few years ago," replied Ymir.
" As a fellow countryman, I'm going to trust you to keep what you know a secret. Yes, we were the cause for the destruction of the walls, in order to find the founding titan, I want to offer you to join us for the glory of our country. You will be handsomely rewarded for your contribution once we finished our mission," said Reiner with a confident smile.
" ......No......no, I don't want anything to do with you guys, you can do your own thing, my lips are sealed," after a bit of thinking Ymir refused as she turned around to leave.
" What if we help you eliminate Asriel?" asked Reiner, stopping Ymir in her tracks.
" Yeah, I saw how you looked at him, your eyes filled with hate and nothing but wanting to see him die brutally," continue Reiner.
"...." (Ymir)
" If you join us, we will help you fulfill your wish. You alone won't be able to handle him. You know it, I know it, everyone knows not to mess with him. You felt it too, didn't you? Back at that cafeteria? He is dangerous, but, even he won't be able to handle three intellectual abnormal titans attacking him at the same time. You know what our titans' forms are," said Reiner slowly walking up to Ymir.
"..." (Ymir)
" We could easily squash him like a bug, if you join us, we promise you that he will die in the near future. In return, all you have to do is spy for us and help out when needed. We will take care of the dirty work so you might not even have to lift a finger. After our mission is finished, you will be rewarded for your contribution. You don't lose out in any way, so, how about it?" asked Reiner, now standing behind her. Ymir turned to look at him in the eyes to see what he told her was the truth and Reiner stood there with a smile, looking back into her eyes.
" Fine! But I want to kill him personally and you are going to help me do it. If I feel like things are going sideways, then the deal is off!" replied Ymir as she stormed off.
" Heh, sure, I'll find you when we start planning," said Reiner with a smirk.
" Hmph" Ymir grunted in response.

" Of the 218 cadets that made it to graduation, 10 of you have managed to get the top scores! When your names are called, step forward!" (Instructor)
" Asriel! Mikasa Ackerman! Annie Leonhart! Eren Jeager! Reiner Braun! Bertholdt Hoover! Jean Kirstein! Marco Bott! Connie Springer! Ymir! Come forward!" (Instructor) as their names were called they stepped up and lined up in a row.
" Congratulations on making it into the top 10, now hands upon your hearts!" (Instructor)
" Yes, Sir!" (Cadets)
" For you trainees graduating today, three paths now open before you. You can be stationed at the walls and defend the cities as members of the Garrison! You can put your lives on the line to fight the titans in their own territory as members of the Recon Corps! And you can serve the King by controlling the crowds and protecting order as members of the Military Police Brigade!" (Instructor)
" Of course, only the 10 people with top scores we announced earlier are allowed into the Military Police! Think carefully about which branch you wish to join because once you've chosen you won't be able to change! You have 15 days to decide which branch you want to join! During those days the recruitment booths of each branch will be stationed near the 1st training grounds! That is all! Dismissed!" (Instructor)

" Yosha~! I'm in the top 10! Ne, Sasha, you didn't think I would be in the top ten did ya!?" (Connie)
" *sob* Why did you make it but not me!?" cried Sasha while stuffing her face with a potato.
" Why was I ranked below Eren....damn it.....that suicidal maniac....I get it if it's Asriel or Mikasa or even Annie but...damn it. Heh, at least I'm better than Ymir," (Jean)
The cadets were allowed to have free time and now were enjoying themselves in the dining hall. They were given free food and drinks to celebrate their graduation, courtesy to Commandant Keith. The same thing happened with Thomas telling Eren that mankind cannot win against titans and Eren giving his speech and bolting out of the dining hall with Armin following him. In the meantime, Asriel was trying to deal with two girls fighting for his affection and attention. Mikasa was on his right holding his hand and trying to feed him a chicken wing, while Annie was on the left also holding his hand and trying to feed him a meatball. While Asriel was deciding which one to eat first, Mikasa's and Annie's eyes met and one could see lightning clashing in the middle between them. Seeing this Asriel ate both the chicken wing and the meatball in one fell swoop and hugged them with a warm smile.
" You girls are just the cutest right now, you know, " said Asriel while giving a peck on each of their cute cheeks, they looked so cute that he couldn't help but give them a kiss. They were embarrassed and their faces became red while feeling warm in their hearts. They felt like melting and felt extremely happy, they didn't say much and just nuzzled into his neck, showing their affection towards him. Some people who were looking at them felt like vomiting sugar and rainbows because of how cute they were, while some were extremely jealous of them and were cursing them under their breath, like telling Asriel to go explode or something along that line. They didn't curse the girls though, only Asriel.
Sometime later Asriel called both Annie and Mikasa to meet him in the nearby forest. He wanted to let Mikasa know about Annie. Annie explained that she, Reiner and Bertholdt were the reasons for the hole in the wall and she explained where they came from and why. Annie closed her eyes and was prepared to get punched or at least berated when she finished her explanation but when she didn't felt or hear any of those she opened her eyes to see Mikasa with an indifferent expression.
" Are you not angry? Do you not want to blame me that I was the reason that destroyed your home, and killed your friends?" asked Annie with uncertainty.
" No, I'm not angry at you Annie nor would I blame you for what you did. My home is with Eru, wherever he goes and wherever he stays, as long as I'm with him, I'm at home. Like Eru said, everyone, deserves a second chance and I can see it in your eyes that you deeply regret what you did. So no Annie, I don't blame you or condemn you, the only thing I want from you is for you to devote yourself to Eru, both in body and soul. That's all I ask of you," replied Mikasa.
" That's only natural, after all, I already have devoted both my body and soul to him," answered Annie with a smile.
" Now that the serious talks are done, let's go back shall we?" asked Asriel with a gentle smile as the girls held each of his hand respectively and followed him back.
