Ch. 2- The Breaking News

Sky walks out of Mr. and Ms. Myer house and walked back home. Sky walked passed the convenience store earlier and saw the poor man was gone.

Sky walked a couple of blocks up ahead and saw the same poor man in a park with some other 3 poor people as well.

The poor man dog ran towards Sky barking.

"COME BACK HERE PEP!"

The poor man Sky and recognize him.

"Ohh it you again…"

Bowing his head down.

"Thank you for saving my dog and for the food, my friends and I enjoyed it"

Sky looks over the man's shoulder and sees the 3 other people looking back at him.

Sky reaches into his pocket and takes out his wallet and pulls out 300 dollars.

"Here take it"

The poor man gesture no to Sky…

"No, no you help plenty enough, please keep it for yourself and plus it a bit too much"

Sky put the cash on the ground and put a rock to weigh it down so the wind doesn't blow it away.

"If you're not going to take it then some other stranger will take it then"

"Okay-okay I'll accept your generosity, thank you so much, young man"

The dog barks and wagging its tail at Sky.

Sky kneels down and pet the dog head and gets back up. Sky begins walking off while saying…

"Share the money with your friends"

"Of course I will goodbye and thanks again"

The poor man runs back to his friends to show the money to them. The 3 other poor people yelling thanks to Sky and waving goodbye to him as he walks off.

Moments later Sky makes it back home. Opening the front door to the house Sky was surprised by his mom standing at the door.

"Ohh hi dear, why back to quick?"

Sky mom turns around screaming…

"HONEY IF YOU DON'T HURRY YOUR DUMBASS UP I WILL LEAVE YOUR ASS AND YOU'LL BE WALKING TO THE BEACH"

Sky dad voice echoes…

"COMING COMING…"

Sky dad emerges into the main foyer…

"Hey son back already, what happened?"

"To put it short… we broke up…"

"Ohh baby come here and give mommy a hug"

Sky mom walks up to him and gives him a hug.

"Want to come to the beach with your dad and me then?"

"No, I got things to do first"

"Okay, Sky… let go honey"

Sky parents walk towards the car…

"You sure you got everything?"

"Yea, yea, I'm sure"

Sky closed the door after his parents left and go into the living room.

Sky grabs his dad laptop and opens it up and puts the password in.

Sky goes through the cruise ship name list and looks through everyone and see if there's anyone he knew or knows about him or his parents.

Looking through he didn't recognize anyone and felt relieved, but Sky knew that the people who work there would recognize him right on the spot unless they know.

Sky closed the laptop and turned on the television.

Watching the TV Sky almost fell asleep until a man in a black suit appears on the tv.

"Sorry to interrupt your time but we are here to announce that the school "Royal Guardians" will be open to the public as of this year"

Sky tried changing the TV channels but it was replaced with the same man talking.

"This school is a special place where magic, swordsmanship, and archery are taught for talented people. To enter our school there will be an entrance exam in every major city, the date will be 14 of July-"

Sky turns off the TV and goes to sleep, but there was something on his mind. Sky takes out his phone and called his dad…

*RING-RING… RING-RING"

"Yes, son?"

"On the TV there was a man…"

"I know what you're talking it was on the car radio and everywhere we look, what about it"

"Did you and mom knows about that school?"

"Yes, but we thought it would be better to teach you instead. But if you want to go there I got a good friend there that can get you in easily"

"Nah sound boring, anyway just calling to check in about that school"

"Alright son, if you need anything else just call"

"Okay day, goodbye have fun"

Sky ends the call and goes to sleep.

A few hours later Sky wakes back up and goes into the research laboratory and study for many hours until dinner time.

*KNOCK-KNOCK*

A voice echoes from the outside door of the laboratory…

"Master Sky dinner is ready, your parents are already downstairs waiting"

"I'll be right out"

Sound of footsteps walking fade as the maid leaves.

Sky leaves the room looking messy and goes downstairs for dinner.

Sky sits down at the table and his mom sees him all messy…

"Sky you look like crap, go shower after dinner"

"Okay mom"

"Sky…"

"Yes, dad?"

"Since you broke up with your girl do you want to do something that would take your mind off it?"

"I already have a plan for the next couple days or so"

"What are you doing?"

"You will find out sooner or later but try not to ruin it"

"You can trust us we're your parents, we are not going to ruin anything"

"Like I said you will find out without me telling you anything"

"Alright, when are you going?"

"Around in the afternoon or so"

"Have fun than"

Sky finish dinner and goes off to shower.

After shower Sky goes prepare his clothes and put in his small luggage and goes to sleep.

The next morning the sky got up earlier and goes downstairs with his luggage.

Sky mom sees him up early in the morning…

"You're up early, where are you going?"

"To where we talk about yesterday"

"When will you be back?"

"When my stress is gone"

"You going to have breakfast?"

"No, I gotta early"

"Alright honey have fun"

Sky leaves the house and goes to the front gate.

"Morning Master Sky, would you need a driver today?"

"Just get me a taxi should be fine"

5 minutes later a taxi shows up at the front gate and Sky goes to Mr. and Ms. Myer house.

Sky tells the taxi driver to wait.

Sky walks toward the house and knocks on the door.

Mr. Myer opens the door and there was luggage by the doorsteps.

Behind Sky, the same car from yesterday stop by and Phiana walks out the door with luggage ignoring Sky and walks past him toward the car and drives off.

"Where is she going?"

"Well apparently she is also is also going on a trip"

"Oh okay… are you two ready?"

"Yea, we're ready to let me call for my wife"

Mr. Myer called out to his wife and his wife comes out. Sky and Mr./Ms. Myer comes out of the house and they went to the car.

All put the luggage in the trunk and gets in the taxi. The driver asked…

"Where to next sir?"

"Hospital please"

They drove off the hospital and stop up front.

"I'll be right here waiting"

They left the car and goes inside.

At the front counter, Ms. Myer goes and checks in for visiting.

Sky goes toward the counter after Mr. and Ms. Myer goes to Sarah room.

Sky asks the receptionist…

"Can you look up Sarah Myer for me?"

"Of course but first what your relationship with this person?"

"Just a friend"

"She is on 3rd-floor room 13"

"Can I get her medical information?"

"Sorry only family members are allowed"

The vice-president of the hospital walks in and sees Sky…

"Hey, Sky, what brings you here today?"

"I came with a family to come to pick someone up but there a chance she won't be able to leave due to medical reasons and I was just asking for the medical information on this person"

"All you have to do is just call me and I could just email you the information and you didn't have to show up. This person you want to be released I'll put in a special request leave for you… what this person name?"

"Sarah Myer"

"Oh her… when you see her medical information you might not like what you see but I'll fulfill your request. Can I ask why you need this person?"

"Going on a vacation"

"Oh really have fun"

The vice-president talks to the receptionist and waves goodbye Sky and goes into the elevator.

The receptionist tells Sky…

"We'll ping for someone to get her"

5 minutes later Mr. and Ms. Myer come out of the elevator and with a beautiful girl, curvy body with beautiful silky hair.

They got off the elevator coming toward Sky.

Mr. Myer walked up to Sky and gives him a hug.

"I don't know how you did it but having getting a break from the hospital is a good stress relief"

"Let go before we're late"

"You still didn't tell us where we're going"

"I think it's better to be surprised than knowing beforehand"

"Alright, it was you who invited us so we should be grateful for whatever it is"

"Let get going while it still early"

Sky sat in the front seat of the taxi and Mr. And Ms. Myer and Sarah sat in the back.

"Where to now sir?"

"Moonlight Harbor please"

"Ahh, Sky isn't Moonlight Harbor for elite and rich people?"

"Kind of…"

"Are we going on a cruise trip?"

"Kind of…"

"How are you able to afford such a thing?"

"Saving I guess"

"What you mean you guess?"

Mr. Myer was curious and kept asking question none stop about the trip.

"Are we playing 100 questions or something, I thought you said you're grateful no matter what it is"

"I just wanted to know…"

"Maybe it better to be surprising and enjoy the moment instead of thinking so much… it a vacation you, stop thinking so much, relax a bit and enjoy"

Moments later they arrived at Moonlight Harbor, there was a big crowd outside going in.

Myer family and Sky took all their luggage and join the crowd going in.

When they got passed, got inside there were 2 lines where security was checking the bag and luggage of everyone who was going in.

"Mr. and Ms. Myer you guys don't have any weapons or dangerous objects with you or in the luggage do you?"

"Ahh no…"

"Okay follow me"

Sky lead Myer family off to the side passing the long line and up to the front where people were getting a check.

Upon reaching the inspection point Sky walked past the guard and skipping the inspection. Myer family fallow Sky but was stopped by the guard…

"They with you?"

Sky nods…

The guard let them pass and the crowd of people in line watched…

"HEY WHY THEY GET PASS WITHOUT CHECKUP?"

Someone whisper to the angry man…

"They might be someone important or powerful so keep it down, you idiot"

The man got quiet and everyone watches as Sky and they walk into the back where the ship was waiting to depart for Moonlight Harbor in 2 hours.
