" As you can see my City is big enough to take a million residents! And of course a big City like this needs to have it's rules but i only have 3 rules!

1st Rule!: Killing inside of my City isn't allowed! If you did kill someone you have to die as well!

2nd Rule!: Cheating isn't allowed! But! You can Cheat if you wan't but if someone know or saw you you shall be put in jail!

3rd Rule!: Is have fun and live comfortably!
