chapter 1 The Appearence

I was driving down an old rickety road, darks clouds filled the sky, lightning in the distance followed by the roaring sound of thunder i come across this sign that looks to be burnt multiple times over the years my destination to where i was heading was a while away so i turn down the road to a town called Hackvill just before the town the place looked burnt all black trees with no life the entire ground is covered in ashes it made me more curious about this place so i didnt want to turn back i keep driving and then the first sight of town is an old bulding with broken windows plants growing all over it and chipped walls as i progress through the town i look around to find all buildings like that and also there isn't a person in sight i see a little hotel half way down the street so i park up and with a bit of luck there'll be someone inside and i get out the car walk up the flight of stairs and open the door, to my surprise there is someone here so i ask for a room give her my details and pay for a room she hands me the keys so i walk back to the car to get my bags as i open the back door i hear a childs terrified scream from down the street i rush to look and the place looks normal people walking down paths, houses look nice, people working in buildings and the child scream was her and what i assume to be her brother playing out the front of their house i was very confused to how i never noticed that before but mind you i was very tired i continue to grab my bags and walk to my room as I'm walking down the hallway the a little girl crying just past my door i quickly open the door throw my bags in and walk over to here to see if she is okay i gently tap hed on the shoulder as she turned around i was terrified to what i saw.
