4. Best If You Don't Know My Identity

Ever since then, Ella and Enrique's friendship has driven apart. They often see each other in the hallway; however, Ella averts her eyes away. She lowers her head and keeps her distance away from him. Month later, Ella was in the library, doing some studying. As the time goes by, her eyes are getting sleepy. She decides to take a short break as she puts her head down on the top of the table as her head was resting on her arms. She closes her eyes and was about to fallen asleep; however, seh overhears two girls having a conversation.

The girls are standing behind Ella. Girl #1 raises her voice, "What?! You're dating Enrique?!" Ella's eyes open while leaning on the table. Girl#2 covers her friend's mouth with her hand and looks around. "Shh!! You're being too loud." Girl#1 pulls Girl#2's hand away from her mouth. "Are you insane? Why Enrique? I thought you and Damon are still dating?" "We are." "If you are then why..." "It's an open relationship, silly." Ella immediately slams on the table as she stands up.

The girls flinches and looks up at Ella. Ella grabs her bag and turns her heels to glare at both of them. Both of them feel a shiver on the back of their spine as they see Ella's cold glare. Ella exits out of the library in a foul mood. Girl#1 asked, "What's with her?" Girl#2 slaps her friend's arm. "I told you, you were being too loud."

Ella heads to her favorite place; willow tree which is near the pond. (Ella: I swear...he got a bad taste of girls. When will he ever learn..?) She sets her bag aside as she sits down, leaning against the tree. She sighs as she told herself not to get involved with Enrique's business; however, she couldn't help herself, so she takes out her laptop out and did some hacking into the girl's personal life.

(Ella: ...Stella Wang...majoring in acting..blah blah blah...nothing so great about her..) Ella begins to look a little bit deeper. (Oh..?) Ella found something that caught her eye. She pulls a file about Stella's family. She sent the files as an anonymous file to the media organization such as television or radio station, newspaper, or website about Stella's father has been doing illegal trade marks through his company, as well as her mother who has a huge debts from gambling.

Ella then closes her laptop and puts right back into her bag. She closes her eyes to enjoy the cool breeze as she is leaning against the tree. Enrique walks side by side with Jo. Jo glares at him. "Jo?" "Hmph." Jo feels betrayed by Enrique because Enrique didn't tell a dime about him going out with Stella, Jo's crush. "Jo. Let me explain." "Not interested." Jo walks ahead of Enrique, he sighs. "Stella and I are not dating."

Jo stops and turns to look at Enrique. "You're not?" "No. I turned her down." "How come she goes around and said you two are an item, huh? Explain to me." Enrique sighs. "I didn't think women would be this annoying." "Stella isn't annoying." "Yes, yes, yes." Enrique looks away and notices Ella, who was sleeping. (Is..she sleeping?) Enrique turns to Jo, "I swear as a friend, I turned her down, I don't know why she would--" Ping. Jo and Enrique's cellphones receives a message. Jo's eyes widened as soon as he sees it.

He was speechless. (...Stella...) Enrique who was also looking at the text message about Stella's father got arrested from doing illegal trade marks such as human trafficking, etc. (Enrique: Human trafficking?!) "Enrique!" Enrique looks up and sees Stella, who is smiling and waving at him. (Did she not see it?) Jo receives a different text message from an anonymous. In the text message, the anonymous sent a video and photos of the one who was in charge of his parents' death.

Jo looks up and sees Stella waving at Enrique. (...Stella is the one who's behind the wheel on that day.) Jo tightly holds onto his cellphone as Stella walks up to Enrique. "Enrique. Do you have any plans today?" "...I don't, but..." "Want to hang out at my place tonight?" Jo knits his brows, angry. He gets in between them and fakes a smile towards her. "I'm sorry, but we already made plans together." "Ah...is that so?" Stella thinks for a bit and asks, "Can I come along too?" She smiles so brightly.

"STELLA!" Stella turns around and sees her friend running to her. "What's with her?" Her friend successfully stands in front of her. "What's wrong?" "Did you look at your phone?" "My phone?" She tilts her head, confused. Her friend was about to speak; however, someone interrupts them. "Stella Wang." Stella turns to her left side and notices two men in a police uniform. "Yes?" "We need you to come with us immediately." "For what? I didn't do anything wrong."

"The hit and run accident." Her eyes widened. "...What are you talking about?" "You lied in court about not being there; however, there's proof of you driving that night." She scoffs as she got annoyed. "...So it's true..." Everyone turns to Jo. "You're the one who did it." "Jo..what are you talk--" "I'm so blind and so stupid. Can't believe I fell for your beauty when your actions stinks."

Jo walks closer to her as he looks at her right in the eye. "Those are my parents that you killed, you damn b!tch!" Everyone was shocked. "Y-You..." "Just because you're so damn rich that you paid someone to be your escapegoat? Ha. You get what you get. I hope you rot in jail." Jo turns his heels and walks away.

Jo gets in the cab and send a text message to the anonymous who sent him the video and photos.

Jo: I don't know who you are, however, I would like to thank you for reaching out for me. I was blind and was stupid. For this matter, I begin to open my eyes to see things so clear now. Thank you.

Ella opens her eyes as the loud commotion was going on behind her. Ping. She looks down and receives a text message from Jo. She smiles and sent a reply; No problem. Willing to help.

Jo asks, Who are you anyway?

Ella replies back, It's best if you don't know about my identity.
