Seizure

Ru Ran was no longer in the dark, instead she saw herself lying on the hospital bed. Her soul was floating when she saw her baby's heartbeat on the scan machine. She tried to enter her body but somehow her body repelled her soul. She could see Ji Yu sitting at the side of the bed, holding onto her hand, praying, while tears silently poured down his face. She went beside him and tried to hug him but she passed through him instead.

Shin Tong and Mei Xin was there too. Soon after the VIP hospital suite was filled with the people she knew this lifetime. Wang Lei gege, Sister Fong, Uncle Gan, and her parents in law. All of them had a solemn look on their face. She felt for the past 20 years of her life, she had wasted it all on being aloof. She should have just be herself and received the warmth and care Wang Lei gege and Sister Fong had to offer. Thankfully, Ji Yu came along and showered her with his persistent love that she could break out. If she survived this, she is going to spend more time with the people who cares about her.

Everyone in the room became tense when Du Ai Sha appeared. The guards outside were overpowered by a group of guards and Du Ai Sha made her way through. Du Ai Sha has a crazed look in her eyes.

Before Mama Shen could give Du Ai Sha a slap, Shin Tong had already reached out to dish one out but that slap had landed on Ai Sha's bodyguard instead. It seems like she came prepared.

Ru Ran was so angry that she charged at Du Ai Sha and surprisingly, when she touched Ai Sha a load of information was registered to her brain causing her to feel terrifying pain that her body started to react.

The machine started beeping and Ru Ran's physical body started to twitch, Ji Yu shouted for the doctor while Darren, Wang Lei gege and Old Master Shen drag Ai Sha and her bodyguards. Mama Shen followed them out to teach Ai Sha a lesson.

The doctors rushed in and told Ji Yu to leave which he refused but he made way to allow them to do their thing. Ru Ran was having a seizure and the nurse quickly administered IV antiepileptic meds. The seizure stopped, Ru Ran was put on 15L oxygen via a high flow mask. Her vitals then stabilised. Internally, Ru Ran found herself in the dark again and her headache had markedly reduce.

She was bewildered by her discovery, it seems Du Ai Sha is not Du Wen Hai's daughter. She is related to Ah Li. Maybe this is heaven's way of taking pity on her. Revealing secrets to her through mysterious ways. They had been in dark for so many years with no leads and suddenly, she had these informations in her hands. Once she wakes up, hopefully she is able to wake up, she will need to investigate this.

Outside, the guards were intially in a locked down but now with Darren, Wang Lei gege and old Master Shen intervention the tide has changed and it favors Ji Yu's side. Darren was holding on tightly to Du Ai Sha while Shin Tong and Mama Shen took turns to give her deafening slaps. Sister Fong also joined in.

The haughty Du Ai Sha was reduced to a sorry state. Initially her job was to just find out Du Ru Ran's current situation she was supposed to leave after making some inquiries but she could not help mocking Du Ru Ran when she saw her pitiful state. Her face was in a bandaged likely she will be scarred for life, making Ai Sha delighted by the news and seeing Ru Ran lying there unconscious made her gloat with happiness.

Now she is reduce to a sorry state, she didn't realised Mama Shen who is elderly, has a strength of a lioness. She didn't realised there are many people in the room that she should not provoke. She is reduced to a very sorry state.

Another group of guards arrived and this time it was led by Ken. Ai Sha who was in despair felt a twilight of hope. Ken is here to save her. However, she was left disappointed because he came to snatched to Mei Xin away. Ji Yu's guard weren't able to deal with the overwhelming forces from both sides that in the end, Mei Xin was dragged away forcefully.
