Locked out of Webnovel Account

Dear readers, apologies for a lack of updates. Since my last post I have been locked out of my web-account as Webnovel's Web-guared doesn't seem to be generating codes.

I've had this issue before and have usually got a quick response from the Webnovel team, but this time it's taking a lot longer than usual to sort it out.
