Warm and secure

Inside Angels apartment

Angel had just taken a bath and put on her nightgown. The nightgown was black and made out of silk. She went to the sofa and laid down with a book in her hand but then her phone rang. It was Min Jun.

"Hello Min Jun"

"Angel? Girl? where have you been?"

"I already told you, I went out right after work, and I just came home. I even took a bath, and now I'm trying to relax"

"Yeah I know, It's just Lee"

"What about him?"

"He called me saying you didn't pick up your phone, and that you didn't come home. I think he was freaking out"

"Oh really, I had my phone on silence"

"Okay, so who were you with?"

"Shu Yen"

"Wait why?! Is he hitting on you?"

"What no, he wanted to apologize again and talk about business"

"What kind of business?"

"He wanted to collaborate with Angel Hospital. He heard that I was going to rebuilt the south side of the hospital, therefore he want to help with that by donating some money and the only thing that the hospital has to do is to hang up posters for Shu Corporations new product. I wasn't sure about what to say, so he gave me some time to think about. I was going to tell you and Dr. Chang about it the day after tomorrow."

"Wow thats something"

"But what about Lee?"

"Well I only told him that you had to meet someone after work. You know I think he was really worried about you, you should talk to him"

"But it's late now?"

"Not now.. You don't have work tomorrow, right?"

"Yes?"

"Then see if you can talk to him next morning or go to his workplace and have a talk"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah!"

"Okay, I will do that"

"Good, then goodnight"

"Goodnight"

The next morning, Angel woke up at 11 am, therefore she knew that lee wasn't home, so she had to go to his workplace. She got herself ready, but before leaving the apartment she looked at herself in the mirror. She had her silver hair in a messy bun, she only did her eye-makeup, because she had a flawless skin, so she didn't have to put more makeup on. It was a warm day, so she chose to wear an white off shoulder frill neck blouse with a pair of black jeans and black high heels and of course a pair of silver earrings. She left her apartment and drove to Shay Corporation.

At Shay Corporation

When Angel went inside Shay Corporation all eyes were on her, she didn't pay any attention to them but instead she went to the counter. At the counter there were two young girls, so she gave them both a smile and asked, "hello, is CEO Lee here?" Both of the girls looked at her with disgusted, and they answered, "you should just leave.. our CEO is not interested in a low woman like you"

"Sorry what?"

"You heard me!" She said with crossed arms.

"Yeah leave already, he is not interested in you" said the other girl.

"Then I guess I should just call him and ask," Angel took out her phone from her bag and called Lees number. While the two girl just sat down and ignored her.

Lee had just come back from a meeting, when he saw Angel from behind. She was talking with two of his employees at the counter. Without him realizing what he was doing, he where on his way to Angel. He heard the girls talk bad about her, and then his phone rang.

"Hello Lee? I'm at your company, I came to talk with you but I seem to have a little problem down here" She said looking at both girls.

Lee came up to Angel, he put his arm around her body and answered, "I'm here" while looking at her. Angel was surprised for a moment but the warm and secure feeling Lee gave her, made her smile back with eyes full of joy.

Her expression made Lees heart pound and he was about to let go of her when she said, "sorry I didn't come to see you this morning, I was tired and ended up sleeping until 11 am." He looked at his watch and the clock were now 11.45 am, so she hurried up just to see him right after she woke up. It made Lee smile even more.

The two girls at the counter had never seen the CEO smile, so they figured out that this woman must be a special person. "CEO we are sorry, we thought she was a crazy fan".

Lee faced the two girls with a dark expression, "both of you, you are fired, leave now!" He then looked back at Angel and with a soft voice he said, "lets go up." He then led her to the private elevator.

Inside the elevator

In the elevator, Angel still stood close to Lee. She couldn't get herself to move away, because of the warm feeling he gave her. She thought if she could hold it in, then he wouldn't see how nervous she was, but her own heart gave her away. Her heart was pounding fast.

Lee looked at her and he could see how nervous she was. Lee smirked and pushed her against the elevator wall. He looked at her, and could see that her breathing became heavier. They both looked at each others eyes and Lee chose to tease her. He bend down to her neck, kissing it. Angel didn't fight back instead she turned her neck, so that he had more space. Lee then began too kiss her from the top of her neck down to her collarbone, before stopping. He remember about last night and her being out with Shu Yen, not picking up his phone calls. Therefore he took a step back.

Angel was surprised when he kissed her, but she liked it until he stopped which made her confused. Didn't he say he liked her? Why did he stop then and why is he looking angry?

"Lee are you okay?"

(Ding)

The elevator door opened and Lee got out, telling her to come with him. They both went inside his officer, not caring about the stares from the people around them.
