In the dark room, even the ticking had relaxed feeling, as if it was a heart-beat at rest. This was what she needed, a place to rest without consequence. Liwei lay on her bed looking up the ceiling. Loneliness creep up on her, squeezing with just enough pressure to be a constant pain. It kills her every day, taking what was once her inner light and replacing it with the dark and nothingness. Her eyes glimmered with watery tears and she felt as if the whole world was about to crumble. She wanted to temporarily dislocate her spirit from her body, as if she could ask god to take her away just for a short while, everything was too much for her, she wanted her way out of loneliness but that seem to be beyond the bounds of possibility.

" Xiao Wei, hurry up and get ready. The 2019 Music Award is an hour away, you are the opening act. We can't be late" Meilin then rushed back to the living room. " Okay, I'm coming" Liwei mutter as she wiped away her tears. She stumbled her way out of bed toward the living room, where her makeup artist and stylist are at.

Alyssa was nominated for a grand total of 8 different categories. Like always, she is the most nominated artist for the music awards yet again. Coming second was Changmin who had 6 nominations. In fact, the two of them were direct competitors. They were nominated in four of the same award categories. These were considered the Four Prestigious categories at the award namely-- Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Music Video of the Years.

Their respective fans couldn't contain their delight and excitement. They were convinced that their idol was going to win. Things got heated, the rivalry between them was fierce especially after their breakup, their fans started using the internet for their fawners some even come face to face.

The long awaited night is finally here. Celebrities from Musician, to Models, Actors and Actress, Directors and Producers.Social influencers were also invited, some socialite also attend the music award. Famous to not so famous began posing for the cameras.

Changmin was welcomed by fans screaming at the top of their lungs as he step foot on the carpet. He arrived in a red fitted suit, he looked like a three course meal. She look like she just walked straight out of a painting. She is the reason why many men and women file a divorce today. Everyone held their breaths and froze for a moment before waking up from daze.
