Shiro and Issho appeared from a portal looking exhausted and slightly ragged. The ex-captives seeing them expessed their thanks. Shiro said it was only right and then he said.

" I'm sure you've all watched and understood the goal of my Dawn organization. I will not force or try to convince you to join. I only ask you to listen to my words before making a decision. First off as you can see this is the headquarters of our Dawn organization. By looking at the sculpture their you can see the goal we have set for ourselves.

If you choose to join the Dawn Organization you will be paid. We will train you to get stronger and unlike the marines we will not make you risk your lives until you become a Major General. You may wonder what a Major General is and if so you can look there. Our first goal is to slowly build up strength and produce a minimum of 10 Generals. We will have a minimum of eleven major ships that will go across the grandline and four blues getting rid of pirates who have caused harm to citizens and taking kingdoms away from crooked rulers first before going to the new world. Our end goal is to stop the World nobels. Although the marines are quite useless when it really counts you are not to clash with them. If possible leave before they arrive or contact us through a certain technology."

Shiro then went on to explain more about the organization and its goal. He had already aquired the important people so getting the rest was just a formality or not. As he could wait until Germa produced it's clone soilders if they haven't already to have soilders. Surprisingly all six giants chose to join along with all the other captured races. Even the humans with only the children wishing to return home. A few just wished to see their parents before returning and training. Shiro made plans to return them home after setting things up. He then called Rayleigh and made a portal to which Rayleigh and short old woman walked throughe.

"I must say you're pretty flashy in the way you do things. However I like it. So you want me to train all of them at once."

"No once they reach a certain level of strength then you can train them in Haki. Issho and A couple of my clones will help aswell"

Around the world news coos flew about delivering papers. On the front page was an image of a meteor falling on Marejois. The caption wrote "THE END OF THE WORLD GOVERMENT. WAR DECLARED DURING THE REVERIE. A NEW DAWN IS UPON US"

No matter who saw this they became stunned beyond belief at this. Flipping the Page they saw a picture of the happenings at Marineford. Flipping the page again they saw what happened at Marejois. Then after another flip The paper started to talk about what exactly happened at both places. The last thing in the paper was three pictures. One was of the entire Dawn island, another was of the Dawn Headquarters while the last was of the pond with the statue and plaque above it. Those who read the words felt inspired and wished for a day like that.

Pirates and other criminals laughed at the marines and WG. Regular people didn't know what to feel. The Marines and WG were both fuming with anger. Looking for any place similar to the surrounding area of Dawn Island.
