In this room all twelve Generals, thirty six Lieutenants and sixty Majors are present aswell as Lindbergh.

He is currently testing to see if he can make seastone more flexible or bendable like the human body. He wants to take the skin, meat and bone of humans and replace it with Seastone. Since Kuma or the other warlords disagreed he's starting with large animals. He apparently has only started on the hands "

His words caused some to shiver while others looked truly shocked

After two months you'll oversee my Illusion training with that machine. As for right now Dawn is to enter a hiatus or rather vacation. We each have our ships crew and we lack any Major Generals for us to continue placing them on Islands. We'll have to go and seek out people to train up. We also have no other Dfs. Aside from these the float float fruit, the Ogre fruit and these four zoan fruits the giants possessed. I previously promised the float fruit to aunt Otohime to give to one of the major generals on her Island. But since they plan to increase the strength of Fishman I'll just give it to Fukaboshi and take two of the three majors and put them on a different Island. Ok everyone go get some rest."

Next Morning in the late evening

Shiro woke up with the sun on his face. Feeling the numbness on his two arms and heaviness on his chest he smiled. To his right is Samantha and to his left is Shyarly. On his chest is Hancock and Wanda. The current Shiro is a solid 6ft 7in making him taller than Hancock, Robin and Wanda. Aside from Shyarly who is 10ft tall and Samantha who is 9ft 6in tall. letting them rest a bit more he woke them up an hour later so that he could see this mornings paper.

After bathing and getting dressed he stepped through a portal and appeared in the meeting room. Dragon and Issho already there reading a paper he went over and grabbed one for himself after saying good morning. He sat in his seat and looked at the title which stated.

Shiro laughed at this. He went on to read and wasn't surprised by the WG denying the ancient weapons and even the use of Dyna Stones. The next thing caused him to frown. They stated that if dawn was truly for the people he would have captured the four emperors. Stating that he even allied with WhiteBeard the man with plans to destroy the world with his DF alongside the evil fishman race.

If shiro was a citizen and saw WhiteBeards power like everyone else he might believe this. But he wasnt and this was a problem for Dawns plan to recruit talent. They even stated that he possesses the Dyna Stones not them. Putting it down he looked up to see that all twelve Generals arrived.

" I already have a solution for this so no need to frown like that. Contact morgans and tell him the truth like we always do."

Everyone was surprised but not shocked. They have always told the truth about the WG. But they never needed to say anything about themselves. Bad nor Good.

" Tell the whole world that Dawn is weak. The power they saw yesterday was it. Infact give them a list of the Islands that our Major Generals are located. Tell them we no longer have any recruits to train up and that we shall not interfere with the seas until we can put major generals on the list of islands that we have not visited on the grandline.

Say the reason we did not capture the four Yonko is due to the Islands under their protection. If we captured them war would start on those islands as pirates fight to grab them. So until we have Major generals on the last few islands on the grandline Dawn shall not appear in the new world. Also if anyone feels unsatisfied at this then call red hair for help he seems to be rather concerned with the safety of the seas.

As for WhiteBeard and this alliance they speak of say the truth aswell. WhiteBeard has protected fishman Island and no Seaman. Say he has protected Seaman from being captured and becoming slaves for years. This is not him seeking to destroy the world. It's to stop them WG from enslaving an entire race and be sure to show pictures of how celestial dragons treat slaves and people. At the end post a picture of the seven Dyna Stones. Say that if the government moves on any of our man. Then we'll play dodge Dyna stone above Marejois.
