The first disciple

"Excuse me mam, but may we know your names?" Celesta asked whilst sipping a cup of tea. It was a bit too sweet but perfectly fine for Erza.

"Of course, sorry that we haven't introduced ourselves, my name Lorain and this is my daughter, Mikasa she is only ten years old," Lorain smiled. Erza smiled back and said, "My name is Erza and this my subordinate Celesta."

"Subordinate?" Lorain asked but didn't question any further.

"Lorain, did you know that your daughter had a very large amount of spiritual energy?" Erza asked. Lorain was confused and nodded her head 'no'.

"If it's ok with you, I would like to take Mikasa as my first disciple," Erza commented. Lorain was very overwhelmed with joy and proud of her daughter. Lorain knew that if Mikasa went away with Erza she would become an immortal and would be taken good care of.

"I give my consent, but Mikasa is it ok with you?" She asked.

Mikasa made a smile which lit up the whole room. She had a long way to go, but she had great potential.

"Thank you, both of you." Erza thanked. Celesta was a bit shocked and nearly choked on her tea, but she knew that Erza would make a great master.

"May I ask for another request, I would like to stay here for a week and train Mikasa before we leave," Erza hesitantly asked. "Of course," Lorain agreed.

"Mikasa, it will be only fair if you and your mother knew more about me as I am now your master,"

Erza spoke. Celesta looked at Erza and sighed, she knew Erza was right. In order for a master and student to have trust in each other, they must know more about each other.

"My name is Titania Erza Dragneel, the princess of Elkia,"

"Your majesty!" The mother and daughter pair bowed, their heads touching the ground. Lorain didn't believe that she was in the presence of royalty for the first time, it was too good to be true. Not only that, but Erza was the most beautiful woman she has ever seen."Don't worry, no need for you two to bow, Mikasa is my disciple so she does not need to bow that low, and Lorain, I see you as my friend, please do not bow so low or else what kind of friend will I be," Erza laughed.

"Friend?" Lorain questioned. She wasn't sure whether she heard it right, "Yes, friends and please just call me Erza, please do not tell anyone about this but you can boast about your daughter becoming a disciple of a great master who has opened the gate of immortality," Erza confirmed.

Lorain was very excited to know she was friend with the princess, it was as if they met by fate.

"In addition, I would like to rebuild this shop of your and turn it into a restaurant, I've noticed there aren't many places to eat around here which means your business will be booming. I will make sure you have an endless supply of ingredients, whilst we wait for the new restaurant to be built, with a house on top, we can stay at an inn, how about that?"

Lorain started crying, she was so happy. Not only did her daughter benefit from this encounter but so did she. "Thank you so much, my princess, I owe you my life, If you ever need anything, just come and ask for my assistance, and also one thing, this is a gift for you to show my gratitude." "A spatial ring!" Celesta exclaimed. Erza was also shocked by what Celesta had called the silver ring. A spatial ring is a ring that can hold in a lot of objects regardless of size and weight, it is very hard to create and takes about three years to make one. It is more use full than carrying a wagon full of heavy rocks, it was most often used by rich merchants

"Are you sure you want to give this to me, it is very rare and will sell for a good price?" Erza tried to explain.

"Please take it, you have helped me too much." Erza gave up and gently took the ring and put it on her finger.

"Anyway, Celesta will take care of the construction using her magic and the workers, you can sit back and relax at an inn whilst me and Mikasa train.
