Training - cultivation

While Erza helped Lorain settle in at the inn Celesta immediately got to work building the restaurant with a house on top. The foundation was massive compared to a normal restaurant. Erza and Mikasa were the only ones in the room because Lorain wanted to go shopping for some recipe books.

"Mikasa let us go and train in the forest, it is filled with spiritual energy were you can cultivate peacefully, I will teach you a cultivation technique but it is quite painful, you should be at level two when you finish, after that I will teach you a martial art technique and finally, you should be able to practice on the demon beasts, they are all below level four and I expect you to collect at least ten demon cores."

Erza planned. Mikasa sighed but she wanted to become strong like her master one day and repay her by protecting her. Erza saw the determination in Mikasa's eyes and smiled knowing that she had a good eye for talent. Erza and Mikasa left the inn to go to the forest and train.

Once the two arrived, Erza directed Mikasa to sit next to the pond was Erza recently bathed. Whilst Erza was bathing in the pond she could sense a huge wave of spiritual energy radiating out of the pond. "I am going to imprint the cultivation technique inside of your mind ok?" Erza said. "Ok," Mikasa replied.

"Now I want you to cross your legs and straighten your back and clear your mind, once your mind is cleared you may cultivate. And remember, don't get distracted whilst cultivating because it can damage your internal organs," Erza reminded to which Mikasa nodded 'yes'.

Mikasa closed her eyes and did as Erza said. Her boy felt refreshed and amazing, she felt so peaceful, but suddenly she felt a sudden pain stab through her heart. She remembered what Erza told her and kept calm, she had to hold it in because she didn't want to disappoint her master.

After three hours, Mikasa finally broke through to level two. "Perfect, now that your cultivation is at level two you should be able to put a huge dent on the tree when you try punching it, now I have to teach you a martial art," Erza smiled.
