Like always he was giving the other party a chance to speak first before he had his say. His eyes roamed over the man's bare torso, which had a number of bandages wound around it to prevent him from bleeding out too much, as he waited for his answer.

"I-I… am sorry, B-boss." He let out a stuttering response as he trailed his eyes off Adam's face. No matter how much he tried, he couldn't look into his eyes. 

He was more than ashamed of his actions when he found out about how he went missing from the site. He knew that he had a hand in the matter, maybe both of his hands. If it wasn't for him giving that flash drive to Taylor, the whole fiasco wouldn't have happened in the first place.
