Ch14: Green more than Blue

"Well since we are already here, I think you should see the beauty of Emerald city" I was interrupted by a ring. I got a call from Emerald "hey darling I found her, don't worry but I will bring her to you, she need to see the marvels of Emerald city my beautiful Emerald."

Right after I hang up I found Leila staring at me as if I killed someone. "What's wrong darling?" I approached her "Who is Emerald?" She said firmly.

"Oh, so that's it, you still don't trust me after all that." I looked at her "No it's not that I just was curious It's been a while since I saw you" She said rubbing her ear she usually did that when she was lying.

"Do you trust me?" I looked her right in the eye, "YES" she said and my heart is no longer mine it was hers. "Then let's go" I took her to Chorok alley; Unofficial market for unknown sources for different products.

I used to get some stuff for the workshop from here because they would prevent it from crossing the border or it is restricted for greens.

However it was the perfect shopping place for us since they hate the police; they would never let them enter the alley also it had its own Security procedures, if I may say so. We roamed the place to search for clothes for her. We found a small shop in the corner and it was perfect; as if made for her, simple but elegant; she was over the moon.

I was a little surprised to see her dye a couple of her locks green. She looked perfect and Green fitted her perfectly. Her hazel eyes sparkled for the first time since she came to me and I couldn't be more content with those precious moments.

"Tell me, what would you like to do next?" I asked her while tucking a lock of her hair behind her ear, she smiled at me with those cute dimples and I missed it, her smile, her laugh, the tiny details that made me fall in love and I was just rediscovering her love once more. "I don't know really, anything will be great since we are doing it together" she said her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"How about attending a Wedding?" I suggested casually knowing she will love the idea.

"A green traditional wedding!!" Her eyes widened with excitement "of course I would love to, I wanted to see all the stuff they do in movies, it looked beautiful."

"Well it is a little bit different to be honest, most movies exaggerate." I dropped those words expecting a disappointed look but her spark was lit for the whole day.
