They have known each other for so long, Lin did not know when her feelings for Chen has changed and why, but all of a sudden, she felt shy towards him but at the same time, she wanted to stay close.  Chen was the school idol, not only was he handsome but was top of his class as well, but he only has his eyes set for one girl, Lin, who happens to be his sisters' best friend. 

"Lin, since you don't have a date for prom, why don't you just ask my brother?" Quin was her best friend ever since they were little, the two were inseparable.

Little Sis:[Now is your time brother, be here tomorrow at seven in the evening, Lin has no date for prom]
My Brother:[I will be there.]

"Thank you for coming today Chen, if it were not for you, it would have been troublesome for me." Lin said while letting out a sigh, she never wanted this night to end.
"If anyone tries to bother you, just tell them that you already have a boyfriend." Chen said, although his tone was rather calm, but his heart was about to jump out of his chest, it's now or never.
"Hahahaha, yeah right, an imaginary boyfriend would be so convincing." Lin looked at the boy and saw how serious his face was.
"It doesn't have to be invisible, just tell them it's me." Chen looked at the girls' reaction, "Well until such time you find someone you really like Lin" he immediately blurted out.
Lin's heart was doing a summersault, it's now or never Lin, "O.....kay then" she whispered.

My Love since Forever

Gao Quin was nervously waiting for her brother to come home, she had to face the consequence of her having completely forgotten about her best friend.  Right, when she saw her brother, she immediately jumped at him "Chen-ge, you're finally home!" Gao Quin greeted happily but it was short-lived as her brother shot her a dangerous look.


"I know it's my fault, I was preoccupied.  Did Fua Lin reach home okay?" Gao Quin changed the topic and there was a hint of concern on her voice.


"What do you think?!" Gao Chen snapped at her, he was mad that her sister left Fua Lin drenched and now she may have caught a cold and may be sick.


Gao Quin immediately took out her phone and dialled Fua Lins' number, when Gao Chen saw this, he immediately grabbed her phone, but there was already an answer on the other line.


"Hello Gao Quin, you called? Sorry, it took long for me to answer, I just took a shower and now I'm about to rest." Fua Lin blurted out not knowing who was on the other line.


"Very good that you listened to what I said.  But have you drank your ginger soup?" Gao Chen said softly while he went to his room to continue his conversation with Fua Lin, leaving his sister outside his room as he shut the door on Gao Quins' face.


"I'm about to. And why are you calling me using Gao Quins' phone?" she asked as she slowly blew over the hot ginger soup and took light sips.


"I don't have your number, and Gao Quin was going to call you anyway because she was guilty about what happened this afternoon."


"Did you scold her? I already told you that it was not her fault.  Wait, when did she arrive home?" she suddenly felt horrified and guilty that she left her best friend and went  home first.


At that moment, the door on Gao Chen's room flew open, "Fua Lin, I'm really sorry..."Gao Quin said over the phone, then she immediately grabbed her phone from her brother and ran back to her room and made sure it was locked.


"What are you sorry about, I should be the one apologizing since I went home with Gao Chen, I'm sorry, I was really cold and Gao Chen wanted to take me home." Fua Lin explained.


"Actually, hmmm" Gao Quin suddenly don't know how to explain what happened to Fua Lin. "I totally forgot that you were waiting for me, and I went home ahead after my frustrating encounter with Li Wei." she blurted out, she did not stop to breathe.


There was silence on the other line, two minutes then became five minutes passed, still no response "Babe, are you mad at me?" Gao Quin was now really worried, there was still silence on the other end.  She waited patiently for another ten minutes, maybe Fua Lin was really mad that she left, hmp, she and her stupid one-sided crush with Li Wei that made her leave Fua Lin drenched in the rain.  While she was thinking how to make it up to her best friend, she faintly heard a quiet snore on the other end, was Fua Lin already asleep? followed by a sneeze and the sound of coughing, which made her guilt even stronger.


She waited for another ten minutes, but it seems Fua Lin was not feeling so well that she fell asleep with her phone next to her, so Gao Quin ended the call.  She really need to make it up to Fua Lin, she was determined to do so.


On the other room, Gao Chen had a sweet smile while sending a text message. [You might already be sleeping right now, if you are not feeling too well tomorrow, then take a leave from school.  It is important for you to take a rest so that you will feel better right away.] sent to My Sweetheart.  He already knew that he will not be getting any response from her, so he decided to lie down but his phone buzzed letting him know that there was a message.


My Sweetheart: [Thank you for today.  Have a good rest as well.]
