Forgotten Angel

A few hours ago,

Alucard's gang strode their way on to the woods, a path leading to the tribe that Tigreal had suspected to be Lunox's hiding place. Completely guarded, suppressed and aggressive.

On their way, they met a lady sitting on a tree stump, holding a crooked cane, and cloaked in night-black. "Lady! mind if we ask you something?" Kimmy yelled impolitely towards the mysterious lady, "Err... Err.." the mysterious lady replied inaudibly. Both of them did not notice that an army of undead were sneaking beneath the woods, trapping them on all sides. "Hey, Lady! Speak up will you? I cannot hear what-", Alucard paused Kimmy, "I feel something, be alert!", Alucard drew his weapon, also Natalia, "Who are you?! Speak up! or I'll kill you!" Alucard shouted at the mysterious lady. The lady laughed maniacally, "Kill.....!" The lady shouted and the undead army rushed and bombarded all of the sides leaving the three of them at a point of disadvantage. A few distances away, the scouting blade dancer Fanny took her chance, shoots her cables through the trees and aggressively dashed towards several undead soldiers, decapitating them, Alucard, Kimmy, and Natalia stood petrified at the field watching every undead fall in their sight. Smoke, blood, and slashing noises covered the whole place. Too fast to be seen by the eye, Fanny took out the whole army leaving the mysterious lady wounded. Alucard found that event astonishing and neat, He was about to ask Fanny a question but Fanny reacted before he could speak. "How can one be so naive not to know that this ground is filled with enemy reconnaissance?" Fanny smirked, "Ou... Our mistakes... but we did not know about it!" Natalia replied, "Excuse me but do I know you? You look really familiar!" Kimmy said and beamed at Fanny, "Well I do not remember people reminiscing the shadow of my past! I've left the empire years ago, a reason to say that the freedom I bring is not to be remembered! I was about to be on my way but then I saw the three of you in a really tight situation so I decided to help instead. Now that the situation is under-controlled, I should be on my way now!" Fanny winks, her face filled with the blood of the enemies, a blood-thirsty warrior.

Fanny was about to leave, Alucard grabbed her hand yearning to know something more about her, "Who on earth are you?", Alucard asked, his eyes filled with envy and discomfort, "I am Fanny." Fanny pridefully replied, she shoots her cables and flew up in the sky like a bird in the night. "She's human! how could she do such dangerous fighting techniques that took down a whole army in just seconds?" , Alucard was left in deep thought, "We might meet her again, if that's so then I'll be able to know her really well!" said Kimmy.

An hour ago in the Moniyan empire, "I will be your companion." Fanny chuckled while smithing her blades. Alucard beside her did not lay an ear on what she's saying. "We should rally the troops as fast as we could. We cannot lose one of our colonies against those evil bastards." Alucard draws his sword and pointed it on Fanny, "woah, woah... are you going to kill me?", "Alas! You're too naive lady to come with us. You should stay here." Alucard's bland stare reflecting inside Fanny's mind. Her monotonous voice ringing inside her head. "Wait! I can be of use—", Alucard stopped Fanny. "You will die in there. I will not let anyone hinder my goals on achieving freedom for my weary soul and for the empire." Silence filled the halls. "Tch. You're stupid." Fanny rubs her watery eyes and walks the opposite path, leaving the idle Alucard.

The winds blew smoothly, brushing through the leaves and branches of the trees around them. "Wait, where's Natalia?", Alucard asked, when they turned around they saw Natalia dropped wounded and unconscious on the ground, Alucard swiftly carried and lay her down on a dead log and checked her wound, it was a scratch that lacerated her hips and near the pelvis, blood was coming out really fast and Kimmy puts intense pressure on the wound.

"Did that mysterious lady did this?", Alucard asked and checked for vital signs, "At this case, we should find the nearest tribe here!", Kimmy suggested and patched Natalia's wound.

A few moments later, the voice of a girl echoed in the woods, Alucard and Kimmy froze in uncertainty, then an demon elf appeared out of the woods, Selena, "Hmmm... I did not know there were other two left here!" Selena pouted, "So they're also after the Dawn Maiden?", Thamuz the Lord of Lava walked in next to Selena. Alucard stood up and raised his sword with full might and courage, "I will kill you all!", Alucard filled himself with uncontrollable rage and swings his sword towards Selena but she manages to dodge his attack. Selena launches a counter with her abyssal form and she successfully knocked Alucard.

"Almost disposable he he he!", chuckled Selena doing her mad gestures, "Alucard! Nooooo...!", Kimmy shouted, "You're next, you puny human...!", Thamuz grinned, Before Kimmy can grab on to her rifle, Thamuz's strike was really fast that she had knocked Kimmy before she can pull the trigger. "Should we kill them?", Selena asked, "No, they're out of our priorities! Our army must've started the attack right now so we must be at that tribe and capture the Dawn Maiden before she escapes. This is the day.... that the Abyss must be feared in this whole wretched land!", Thamuz replied. "I have other things to do so you better be with your army right now, I'll be leaving!", Selena turned her back ready to leave, "Is this all about that traitor you have spoken?", "No, I will do something else and it is really important so I'll be on my way now!", Selena replied. "Don't be fooled by your feelings, Selena! That traitor will not serve our lord anymore and it eventually means that he is now our enemy! Crazed by those mere feelings of yours means a greater rebellion!", Thamuz said to Selena and turned away. Selena was left there silent, "Leomord... please forget her!", Selena walked and disappeared out of the shadows.
