Like Father, Like Son'

The Sun has not come up yet, but since the winter has just started. It was extremely cold in the morning. Mother Zi was happy that Xue Nuan and Zi Peng coming back to Old Zi Mansion.

She prepared tea with some morning snacks. She forgot got early morning blissful sleep. Father Zi was trying to get her in embrace. He just thin air, he couldn't get hold of her. He got up immediately and walk towards her.

"Darling, why are you doing this? Do you know the time dear?"

"My Sweet hubby, My Son and Daughter in Law are on the way. That's why."

Since it's early morning, No maids are there around. Without thinking about anything Father Zi hugged his wife behind and placed his face in the crook of neck on the front. He was lightly touching her next with his lips. That feather like touch made Mother Zi loose control and freeze on the same place.

Father Zi enjoyed her reaction and started laughing at her. Mother Zi got angry

"Darling, do you realize what you are doing? We are not young anymore. Soon we will be having our grandkids. Act responsibly." she reprimanded her husband with anger, but that was not real one.

More than anyone, Father Zi comes First in everything for her.

Father Zi ignored her anger, he turned her swiftly to place his lips on hers.

"You are mine and mine only. I am also happy that I will be having Grandkids. But irrespective of how old I get, I will love you fiercely till my last breath."

Mother Zi was swayed away from her husband's words. She hugged him instantly and whispered

"I love you so much stupid husband"

Father Zi giggled, "I love you more my darling"

Mother Zi leaned on his shoulders and said

"Darling, will Zi Peng and Xue Nuan will be in love till they age like us? I am eager to have grandkids too, but I don't know if they are putting any effort on that."

"Effort" hahahahaha... Father Zi laughed at his wife comments.

"My dear, don't pressure them. Everything will happen on its due course. Have some little faith. I don't know about Xue Nuan, but after I saw the way Zi Peng looks at her, he really smitten by his wife." Father tired to console his worried wife.

"Hmmm okay darling, go back to sleep. They will be here any minute now."

"I am not going anywhere, I will go get freshen up and come. Brew some hot milk tea for me darling"

Mother Zi rolled her eyes at jealous husband, how can I guy be jealous over his own kids.

Zi Peng entered with Xue Nuan. Even though she worked hard the entire, Xue Nuan had the brightest smile on her face.

"Mother, I missed you so much" Xue Nuan hugged Mother Zi. Zi Peng immediately came parted both of them.

Mother Zi got super angry with her son's actions

"What's your problem Xiao Peng, isn't she my daughter."

"No she is my wife" Zi Peng spoke in an assertive tone.

Mother Zi Murmured to herself 'Like Father, Like Son'

Xue Nuan noticed sad face of Mother Zi. She hugged Mother Zi tightly and kissed her on the cheeks.

Father Zi came from inside and said

"Who is kissing my wife without permission."

Zi Peng was the first one to respond "Your Wife"

Xue Nuan pinched him hard on the side. Zi Peng started yelling in Pain

Father and Mother Zi started laughing at the kids infront of them.

Mother Zi interupted and said

"Okay, stop now father and son. All of you come to dining. I will serve you all some tea and snacks."

The family of four enjoyed their early morning tea together. Hearing their laughter and sound

Elder Zi joined them in the dining

"Shameless family doesn't even call the old man in the House for morning Tea."

Mother Zi came closer to Elder Zi to give him a light hug

"How can I forget my lovely father, please sit down Father, I will serve you some Tea."

"Mother, you sit down along with Grandpa, I will finished my tea, I will help you both." Xue Nuan didn't wait for Mother Zi, she got up and started helping.

Elder Zi sipped his fresh tea and said

"This is pure Bliss to be around you Xiao Nuan, I want to cherish such a family time at this age. Will you come often to see me."

Xue Nuan hugged Elder Zi

"Of course, Grandpa"

"Grandpa, Xue Nuan and I will be staying here for few days." Zi Peng said

After that they enjoyed a quality Family time. The dining table was filled with fun and laughter after a long time.

Once Everyone was going back to their place, Xue Nuan pulled Mother Zi separately. And spoke in a low voice

"Mother, I need to speak with you in private."

Mother Zi understood her daughter in law and said

"Xiao Peng, you go First to room to get some rest. I will send Xiao Nuan in 5 minutes. "

Few minutes later, Xue Nuan and Mother Zi was seated in a private indoor garden.

"Xiao Nuan, hurry up and tell me what you want to do speak to me."

"Mother, please listen very carefully and this is highly confidential."

"Okay, I trust you, please tell me." Mother Zi spoke from her heart

"Uncle Li got conscious. He moved his two fingers on his right hand today."

Mother Zi was surprised and glad that he might come back safely

"Xiao Nuan, please tell me everything you know."

"okay, Mother. I got a call from Li Quan today that she was attacked.

So I rushed to the hospital to take care of Li Quan. however I wanted to check Uncle Li, I went to check out him alone.

Right now, he can only tap his fingers. I tried to check his memory whether it's in place or not. I haven't told anyone since it might be a one of scenario. But this is a positive sign that he will wake up eventually.

But when I told him, you came to see him every day and you are taking good care of him. Guess what had happened?"

Mother Zi nodded her head as No

"Uncle Li's eyes were closed, yet the tears were flowing like a river."
