Trapped

"I hope we didn't keep you waiting too long"

The sudden voice coming from behind them made Victor and his men jump to their feet, at the same time, they reflexively drew their weapons. The air in the room became tense, no sound could be heard except the beating of their hearts. 

Fred stood in a relaxed manner with one hand shoved in his pocket as he greeted them "Good evening gentleman, I hope I didn't startle you too much, I just wanted to make sure you didn't do anything funny."

Victor was irritated by Fred's words, his face frowned and he snorted in annoyance "Of course not, are you doubting my integrity now!"

Fred raised his eyebrows "Aren't we here to confirm it"
