Pitch Black

Lots of questions popped up in his mind while he and Dan prepared to face off. He could hear screams and cries of people all around him, dying in mysterious ways and he didn't need anyone to tell him that Kira and Akila were involved. He took a step back and his eyes lit up with power while Dan took a step forward.

Both men were about to get locked in a bitter death match when a loud explosion shook the ground beneath their feet and a bright purple light shot into the air heading towards their direction. The bright purple light was so strong it could be seen by everyone within the mist and the only thing these people could think of was to run!

The closer the purple comet got the more pressure these people felt. At a point, they couldn't even move forward anymore, rooted to a position only waiting for death.
