6. the best worst day ever
it was Henry how why "hey Jessica I guess you met my new step sister." Jessica turned back to me "You never told me that you were his step sister ha." she walked closer I balled up my fist " you never asked and it doesn't matter anyway ." she pushed me the girls behind her walked closer to me " you will never be nothing just because you was some foster child and some rich guy adopted you doesn't mean you will ever be something you will never be me ok honey so stay in your lane." then she turned around and grabbed Henry's hand and left, then Tanner " wow you really going to let her say those things it doesn't matter you are one of a kind." wow he is really nice but even that made me more sad I started to cry Tanner gave me a big hug " hey it's ok don't let her bring you down because I know you are more then what she says I know you only been here for not even 2 hours but I know one day you will be better than her matter fact so you don't feel bad that you have no friends let's go to the movies after school it is Friday after all so what do you say." I looked up at his face still tears coming down my face " uh sure I heard they are playing a special access to monsters in the grave at 9:00pm is that ok." I wiped my tears " yeah it's ok come on we have class." the rest of the day went on I had my locker combination all my classes memorized and this school has 5 classes then a 20 minute break then 2 classes later lunch then 1 class than school is over I during our 20 minute break I stayed in so I can catch up on stuff I missed then 2 classes later yeah I know this part is boring but lunch is the best part it was lunch Tanner was in front of my classes and said let's go it's lunch today was pizza not the Nasty old greasy pizza this is the kind you buy for a party the nice pizza anyway I got that with a lemonade we sat down as we was walking a guy slapped my butt " dang girl you so thick." then Tanner dropped his plate on a table and walked up to him "don't do that to her again ok." he walked up closer "why so protective over your girlfriend wait are you guys even dating because I can take her in 2 seconds top." I can see that Tanner was mad we weren't dating but that other guy was kinda of cute why is every boy so cute " we are not dating but I don't think she wants you." the other guy walked away as Henry came behind and put one hand on me shoulder " are you ok I don't want you to get in trouble on your first day my dad will kill me ." I turned to him " yeah I'm ok ." I sat down next to Tanner ate lunch next class then school was over I can see mr.pattersons car I got in Henry was in the front seat " Auorie how was your first day of school I heard the boys was all over you." I put on my seat belt as he started to drive off " my was good I met a new boy today his name was Tanner and since it is a Friday night I was wondering if I can go to the movies at 9pm Because the special showing of monsters in the grave is tonight." " yeah it's ok you can go but no funny business anyway Henry has a date so it would of been me and you so it's nice that you have something to do." we pulled up at the house now I just have to find out what to wear.
