Every company representative had secretly been hoping for this, because if the Qin Empire was eliminated, they would have higher chances of winning. This was a competition with such a massive deal as the reward after all. 

Those whose hopes had shattered when they saw Leo earlier brightened up slightly. But then, there was another problem—SMF Co.'s chances of winning were high as well.

Louis saw how nervous everyone was so he did not want to keep them waiting for too long. He cleared his throat to get their attention then stated, "My colleagues and I have read the proposals you sent. We checked your models and assessed the ins and outs of working with each company.
