Grand Libraries

All Grandrand Libraries are 'lost'. They are known for the fact they travel through space and time; they can appear anywhere and then disappear at any time.

Leon had looked for a few Grand Library as he roamed around. The one he had found most about was the Grand Library of the elves. He had gotten the map from that Midnight Queen's inheritance after killing her inheritor.

The map was made by a member of the Eternal Sealing Clan. It had said that the Grand Library of the elves was trapped by the Sealing Formation stopping it from escaping. However no one had been able to enter it even then.

However Leon had to believe they existed at the time. He had been in a desperate time and the libraries seemed like a savior.

From what he knew was that the The Grand Library of the elves has two libraries that are reflections of each other. They are called the Dark and Light libraries. Representing the strongest of the elves species Dark Elves and Wood Elves. Both buildings are suppose to move to different locations at the same time. It is known as well that the libraries are always on opposite locations.

If it wasn't hard enough to find them, on their only door, both had in ancient elvish, written: "If you have entered the opposite then you may enter." Everyone had to trust the what was written as it was written on legendary Truth stone which can only have the truth written on it. This meant that you had enter the other library first then you'd be allowed to enter this one. This was paradoxical so in the end even though it had been discovered for centuries it was eventually forgotten.

People felt that they wanted to be the first to discover the way in. As they got no results even after years of trying they started fighting each other to eliminate all knowledge on its whereabouts. No one's knows who won, but the information of its whereabouts were lost.

Leon had learned this when he found the Grand Library of the Elves. He found it but couldn't enter it. The history was engraved by a cultivator on a stone plaque near the door. With an open grave next to it.

Leon thought of the other Grand Libraries. He had already tried the Grand Library of the Elves to no avail.

Another grand library was called the Grand Library of the elements. It had five buildings each representing the elements of water, Fire, earth, wind and metal. The elemental races are divided into many races but in ancient time only five reigned supreme one from each element. They were the Water Faeries, The Fire Phoenix, The Earthen hydra, The Wind Crane and the Metal Bulls.

This was the only other Grand Library Leon knew about.

Leon forgot about the Grand Libraries and stopped thinking of them. They were a long term solution. He needed something short term.

The other was more stronger beast. Even if he stuffed himself full of thousands of runes it would still be better to have a high potential beast with one percent the runes he would have.

"Although I won't grow stronger it will give me time to grow faster. I need to cultivate the Nine Thrones art and get all the beast I can get easily.

A few beast flashed in his head. The two eggs in his past life soul book, The Phoenix, the pink seed in his spatial ring, a fluorescent blue egg.

"I need to get more beast."

As Leon thought this he suddenly wanted to check something. He summons his past life Soul book. It was now an aged silver of antique beauty and the all encompassing black. They formed runes and covered that book. Leon flipped through the first two pages they were still the eggs. He found that the Soul book had three blank pages.

Leon felt ecstatic "Yes! I can contract twice as many beast." With two soul books Leon would be able to contract two beast at each level of the Nine Thrones soul technique.

Leon already started thinking of new beast to capture. After thinking for a while he only thought of a few that really impressed impressed him. Those were beast he already planned on contracting.

"I'll have to find them the hard way." Leon thought. He then made it to Fairy Ice City. He was wearing some random clothes grievous spatial ring. He showed his Mystic Ice Sect Core Disciple badge and called for an airship. The airship came and took him back to the sect. The competition was happening tomorrow. After that he would leave for his mission which was still incomplete.

Seeing his scheduled full Leon still added finding beast to his list.

Leon slept the night. The competition tomorrow was going to be easy with turn Cold Mist Ghost Dragon.

The competition was about dividing resources. Where First place got the highest amount of resources. Leon wanted to win and take advantage of the Sect for while until he finished cultivating Mystic Ice Art.

As Leon slept he suddenly remembered something.

"They should be announcing the exact date for the three continental competition soon in the Fire Continent. The prize was a special seven voidstar beast."

"Right it was a constellation beast Called Scorpius. It was a mystic element beast and had a really strong ability of cutting through anything."

"I should get that beast as well." Leon yawned and fell asleep. He was mentally drained from the last few days.
