Hei Niu is a huge man of 2.3meters tall. He's one of the capable leaders during the Titanfall War and led a base close to 11,000 people. His gang, Obsidian Bull Gang, is also famed for having six powerful lieutenants.

Of course, part of his confidence came from the fact he and his six lieutenants are enhanced survivors. During a lucky expedition outside to Zone 6, he found a small survivor camp that relies on serums to protect themselves.

The end result is two kidnapped scientists excellent in Gene Enhancer Research, with basic knowledge on how to produce the general serums. Lucky for them, Hei Niu is not someone ruthless like Xichen, but a more easily sweet-talked person.
