Passive Totems always takes effect the difference is the amount of power released from time to time.

Yin Zu has Rank 12 Totems from now but his body can only sustain of its effect by Rank 4.

Active also has great use.

When an Active Totem is used the Spiritual Body composition will increase the path efficiency enhancing and boosting the effect of the released Active Totem related paths.

Also normal Spiritual Body can hold 5-6 Passive/Active Totems at a time.

Can be increased when someone used a capability techniques.
