Time travelling from the majestic era after the Recuperation of Reiki, he became Kimura Kazuki, a 16-year-old high school student in Japan, one year before the Reiki Recuperation.

Tentatively, he set out to hone himself to the bone, burning candles at both ends to stockpile resources in preparation for the imminent Recuperation of Reiki. His goal was to be many steps ahead of all humanity when the time comes.

However, it seemed like fate had decided to play a cruel trick on him.

One year later, the Recuperation of Reiki... did not happen as expected.

Kimura Kazuki suppressed the murderous intent that was burning within him.

He knew that he was not in the early stage of the recuperation of reiki, so Kimura Kazuki could not blatantly kill anyone as he pleased. Furthermore, his ability was nowhere near the point where he could flagrantly commit murder and still escape the clutches of Japan's military and police force organizations.

Although he could not commit murder in broad daylight, it did not mean that he could not kill anyone. There were countless methods to kill someone discreetly.

As he was thinking, he scoffed, "That means you were the one who locked the back door of the gymnasium storeroom."
