Time travelling from the majestic era after the Recuperation of Reiki, he became Kimura Kazuki, a 16-year-old high school student in Japan, one year before the Reiki Recuperation.

Tentatively, he set out to hone himself to the bone, burning candles at both ends to stockpile resources in preparation for the imminent Recuperation of Reiki. His goal was to be many steps ahead of all humanity when the time comes.

However, it seemed like fate had decided to play a cruel trick on him.

One year later, the Recuperation of Reiki... did not happen as expected.

Torii was an attached building of the Japanese shrine, which represented the entrance of the shrine in Japan.

Kimura Kazuki had noticed the green and red bird by the road when he passed by earlier, but he did not expect them to be the first and second-generation patriarch of the Arisu family. Although he had drawn some inferences when the two birds flew in, he was still quite surprised. He smiled as he said, "How loyal you are to stay on the Torii all this while protecting the Arisu family."

The red bird's pea-sized eyes were filled with human-like emotions. She said with respect, "The Arisu family is a large family with huge businesses, and vermin appear from time to time. To prevent them from bringing the Arisu family down, deep into the abyss, it is a must for us to monitor them in the background."
