Elijah walked to the receptionist who informed him that he would get his Master Guild Emblem the next day.
Elijah didn't have anything else to do and decided to return to his that he booked. He couldn't wait to read the manual about growth-type weapons.
Elijah spent the whole night reading the manual, finishing it when the first sun rays of the day shone through the window.
'No wonder...no normal person would believe me if I told them how easy it is to forge a growth-type weapon, there are too few of them...They are called Black Rated Weapons in the inner circles of powers. It's theoretically possible that everyone with a bloodline can create them as long they know how to forge Bronze Rated Weapons but...not every bloodline is compatible. Offensive related bloodlines are the most compatible. That is also one of the reasons why there aren't many of them. The other and the main reason is that it is too difficult to make them stronger....' Analized Elijah.
It was just too difficult to raise Growth-Type Weapons, it was related to the respective bloodline that was used to create them. One needed to feed it fire related resources if one used a fire based bloodline like the Silver Flames.
Elijah was curious how his weapons would turn out to be if he used his bloodline to create them...
He decided to give it a try, he would stick to Silver Rated Weapons if it didn't work out.
Elijah changed his clothes and went downstairs to eat breakfast. The people looked at his falcon with admiring eyes. It was tall and looked majestic with its golden metallic feathers.
Both of his beast fed on the corpses he had stored inside his space ring.
He made his way towards the Master Guild. The same receptionist from yesterday recognizes him the moment he walked inside. He took out his new Master Emblem with a picture of an hammer carved on the middle.
"Here is your Master Emblem, congratulations on becoming a Beginner Blacksmith." Said the receptionist while handing over the emblem to Elijah.
"Thank you, I would like to rent a forge for one week." Said Elijah.
The receptionist nodded and told him the prices.
Elijah also purchased some Forging Manuals from the Master Guild.
He went to the fourth floor, meeting the two Senior's from yesterday. Elijah gave them the manual back and thanked them. They talked about it for a bit before Elijah departed, he went up another floor and entered the forging room he had rented for an entire week.
The staff carried the materials Elijah had paid for inside the forge while he was heating up the furnace.
He took a simple knife out of his space ring after he was left alone in the forge.
Elijah put it on the table and started to heat up the blacksteel. Blacksteel was the the material he was most familiar with, it was the steel he used back in Flower Island. It was a solid medium grade steel that was regular used to create Bronze and Silver Rated Weapons and armor pieces.
He pulled out the blacksteel from the furnace when it was ready, Elijah picked the knife and cut his left hand. He let his blood land on the hot blacksteel, it wasn't vaporized how he expected, his blood entered the blacksteel instead. It was only for a brief moment but the hot blacksteel lit up weakly.
'Wow!'
Elijah didn't dare to fool around and started to hammer down on the hot blacksteel.
He put the blacksteel back into the furnace before it could cool off.
Elijah squeezed drops his blood on the blacksteel every time before he started to struck his hammer on it.
He kept this routine for many hours, it only required a few drops of his blood to land on the hot blacksteel. Elijah had already noticed that the blacksteel lit up brighter every time he fed his blood to it.
He was excited, he was forging his own Growth-Type Weapon right there.
'But how will I be able to raise its strength? There don't exist any light related resources as far I know...'
Elijah shook his head and pushed these distracting thoughts away, he re-focused on the blade in front of him.
It was slightly over 1 meter long. He liked to curve them a bit at the tip.
Eight hours had passed and he finally put the hot blade inside the water basin to cool it off.
Hot steam came out from the water and Elijah's whole body was sweating a lot.
He pulled the finished blade out of the water basin, holding it up to check it.
It was good, he was satisfied with his work. He walked over to the grindstone to give the finished blade the last touch by sharpening it.
He felt many times more exhausted than usually when he forged a weapon.
Elijah poured some of his Soul Flux inside the Blacksteel Blade.
It was like an dead objekt that suddenly came back to life, it lit up and a bright silver light illuminated the whole forge.
The little panther that was resting inside his Souls Space opened its eyes and roared out, the silver stripes on its fur lit up, producing a magnificent but deadly silver light.
The two souls called out in fear and fled to the boundaries of the Soul Space, shivering in fear.
The red colored rune that was also still inside his Soul Space trembled and started to jump in fright.
Elijah didn't know what was happening inside his Soul Space he was totally focused on the blade in his hand.
Mysterious silver stripes appeared on its black surface, shocking Elijah.
He was very familiar with these silver stripes.
'They look the same as the ones on my Soul Form!' Exclaimed Elijah.
The way the blade felt inside his hand had changed, it was like it became a part of him.
The familiarity it excluded made him smile.
Elijah waved it around, slashing across the air.
It felt unlike every other weapon he had used before. It was like an extension of his arm.
He put the blade inside his space ring and took a rest.
Elijah returned to the inn to take a bath and sleep, having realized how taxing it was to forge Growth-Type Weapons.
He forged the next day another Growth-Type Blacksteel Blade, now he only needed a katana like blade for his assassinations. That was why he bought a manual that describe how to forge them.
Elijah spent the next 4 days inside the forge, practicing how to forge slender swords that were exceptional sharp.
It was a pleasant experience to try and learn something new.
'I think I can start now, I got the hang of it...' Thought Elijah
It took him 12 hours to finish the sword, the silver stripes on its black surface were thinner than the ones on the other two Blacksteel Blades.
The sword resembled a katana but people from Earth could tell with one gaze that it wasn't one, it was still the sharpest sword he had created until now.
'Now it's time to visit this cities branch...'
