Pushing more in-depth into the caves the trio found a bunch of Frost Hermits scrambling around the mines. Hoisting his shield and spear Fotas charged at the Hermits. Valec and Coco looked at each other and proceeded to follow after Fotas. After killing about five Hermits, only three dropped Frost Snow ores. Seeing that killing the monsters do drop Frost Snow ores, Fotas decided to Focus on killing the Hermits first then Mine for Iron ores later. Suddenly Fotas remembered a question that he hasn't asked Valec and Coco about.
"Wait, did you guys also get quests from Felix?" If so, what was it?"
"Yea, we both, got a quest from Felix, but our rewards were a bit different from one another. I'll show you what I got." Valec proceeded to pull up his interface and shared it with Fotas.

"Hmm, it's similar to mine, except I got a shield instead of a staff. What about you Coco, what did you get?" Fotas turned to Coco standing to the left of Valec and asked.
"I got a [Reinforeced Iron Axe] instead of a staff, but everything else is the same," Coco responded immediately.
"Wait, How did you guys get Iron Ore to get the quest? I had to get mine from Little Abby."
"We got those from the villagers when we did some small quests for them." Valec then told Fotas some of the small quests that were available that he could finish for some iron and experience.
After talking with them, some more Fotas got the gist of the situation. Since the gathering quest for Felix wasn't shared, they all have to individually gather Icicle Rabbit Pelt (5), Frost Snow Ore (5), Iron Ore (5), Wood (5). Valec also showed Fotas the rewards for the escaping quest.

Everything is the same except or one thing. The Favorbility with Mayor Darrell didn't show up if they finish the quest they wouldn't get favorability from Darrell. Fotas told them it was probably because he was the one that actually talked to Mayor Darrell and they didn't so he got extra Favorability. Valec also shared the other quest the Fotas gave to him.

Instead of the [Gluttons Health] Valec got [Wooden Protection], and there were no consequences for failing the quest. Seeing this Fotas confirmed that due to him interacting with Lyn, he gained a chance to get more favorability. Coco got [Trent Armor] from the quest instead. After gathering the drops from the monsters, the trio set out to continue farming for the Frost Snow Ore.
Hunting for a few hours, the party finally collected enough Frost Snow Ores and Iron Ores. They mostly stopped because Fotas wasn't able to kill anymore due to his spear Breaking. All of their armors were also wholly worn out, and the durability almost dropped to zero. Realizing that its time to go back the three left the Mines and proceeded to head towards the forest to hunt some more rabbits for Fotas.
As to the matter of Fotas's spear and their armors, thankfully, there was a repair shop in the mining village, so I didn't need to go back to Felix in the main town. Fotas sold the carapace that he gathered and sold it in the exchange to pay repairs of the spear and the rest of their armors.
After checking everything thing at hand, they started to head back towards Winterhorn. Along the way, the party fought the rabbits to gain the remaining pelts. Rinse. Repeat. This time, Rabbit after Rabbit did feel in quick succession to the party.
It was during this time that Fotas found another skill during the heat of battle. While fighting a group of rabbits, a notification popped up in-front of Fotas telling him that his hunger level was rising. Seeing that it was increasing extremely quickly, Fotas unequipped his spear and held his shield in front of him. Quickly reminding Valec to watch his health gauge, Fotas pulled out a bag of jerky while defending against the Rabbits. Chomping down on the chips quickly, Fotas bunkered down focused solely on eating. By the time he finished eating, three more of the rabbits were already killed. Two notifications appeared in front of him at the end of the fight.

Pulling up his character interface, Fotas looked at his Forte and found [Active Consumption] under [Fatso] right next to [Foodie]. Deciding to ignore it until they got back into the town, Fotas ate some more jerky and plowed through the rest of the rabbits. The pair looked surprised at Fotas charging through the mob. Valec looked at Fotas health and seeing that it wasn't going down drastically decided that Fotas was ok and started to run after him. Coco followed after them charging with Fotas to the front lines to kill the rabbits faster.
It only took them 30 minutes to return to town due to the party pushing with their best efforts. At the front of the gate was a young Abby standing there waving at the trio. The three saw her and slowed downed to a complete stop in front of her.
"What are you doing here Abby, how did you know that we would be back at this time?" Fotas walked up to her and proceeded to pat her head.
"I was walking by the gate and heard the guards talking about the three of you returning. I came to collect my candy from you." With expectations in her eyes, she reached her hands out towards Fotas.
Laughing lightly to himself, Fotas grabbed some candy from his bag that he bought beforehand. He dropped the candy into her hands. Valec and Coco saw the interaction between the two and found out how Fotas manage to convince the little girl to trick them into the quest. Valec slapped Fotas in the back and a reserved smile on his face. Turning around, Fotas saw both Valec and Coco stare at him intensely. Fotas laughed it off and continued inside the town.
"It was a theory that I wanted to test, and it works perfectly. Thank you for being my guinea pigs. Hahahaha." Continuing on his way towards the blacksmith.
Valec and Coco looked at each other and sighed at the same time. Wondering if they made the right choice to join his party, they gave up and followed after him. Arriving at the Blacksmith, they each took turns giving Felix the quest items. Surprised that Fotas and the siblings returned so fast, Felix looked at them in surprise. Grabbing their equipment from them, he told them to come back in an hour to get their new equipment. 1
After walking out of the smithy, Fotas asked the other two what their next plans were. Both said that they had nothing to do decided to follow Fotas in wherever he wanted to go. Thinking for a bit, he remembered that he had to talk to the instructor after helping Felix for a bit. Fotas than began to lead the siblings towards the Hunter's Building. Chatting along the way, Fotas got to know more about the siblings. The three started to joke around and laugh along their way. Little Abby joins them on their small journey towards the Hunter's.
Finally, the party reached the building and started to search around for Ingrid. The guards in front of the building saw Fotas and told him to come in.
"Instructor Ingrid told us that when you come back to send you his training grounds." The guards stepped towards the side and pointed towards the bottom of the inner building.
Walking more in-depth into the building, Fotas saw a whole new scenery within the Building. The building wasn't the correct way of describing it. It was more like a temple with white sakura blossoms flowing throughout the confines. The white petals floating slowly towards the ground, the totems of various animals alined the sides of the walls of the building.
A Middle age man slowly walked out from one of the inner rooms.
"Welcome back, and I see you brought some friends. If they wish to also study from me, then they can pay a fee for my schooling. The only reason that I am teaching you in the first place is due to the Mayor." Ingrid glanced at the pair of siblings and then turned back to Fotas.
"How much is the fee to get Tutelage from you or from here," Valec asked in a hurry.
"1000 gold for my tuition, and 300 for studying under someone else in the building," Ingrid replied as if he knew that they were gonna ask.
1000 gold is an absurd amount of money for the party at this point. Doing a small quest around and didn't give them enough money. There also wasn't a player shop where people could trade items for cash. Worry was draped over their heads and started to discuss with each other to see how they could gain money for the tuition.
"If you don't have the money, then you can do some quests for me." Watching them discussing the money problems, Ingrid gave them a solution.
"Yes, we will accept a quest in exchange for your tutelage." Coco immediately decided on the spot for her brother.
"You can do the quest with Fotas later. For now, I need to finish Fotas training first. You can stay around and see-through with his training too. So you can gain a better understanding of what I will teach you later."
Turning around Ingrid waved for Fotas and the crew to follow after him. The party looked at each other one more time and proceeded to walk in at the same time.
