''The governor of the independent state of Vermont have an important message to the people concerning about the thing that appears in the new and social media , as you see in the news we got people across the country and continents got sick and now is classified as an pandemic the name of this new called Human rabies since make people loose their mind and start to attack like the situation of two police men trying to help in a buss in the middle of the street, But we don' t need to worry and panic we go under control to prevent the pandemic to decrease high numbers, I and my team in cooperation with of the law enforcement, military, and science, especially the CBN Defense unit (Chemical, biological, radio logical and nuclear defense) and DCA ( Damage Control Army)this units are trying to do the best to stop and prevent from expanding to other places,Now that others Commonwealth of this Continent declared state of emergency , Vermont is declared state of emergency and quarantine Vermont since the cases are increasing , in this situation we need to take this action to help our people so they can be safe, please don't go out of the street stay,home don't send your kids to school, flights are suspended and people who work in federal sector and companies are suspended until further notice. The Police, and Military are activated to help and assist, in the meantime until we resolved this issue .Colonel Sanchez of the army is in charge if this operation to help and solve in cooperation of the coalition to decease cases''
