Hearing Kaido's words Derik frowned. Just like Kaido said, the empire has champion realm masters like him so they should be able to tell his presence and know he is the one coming home, so why do they attack?

Derik felt something was off and for some reason, he knew that even though he and Emperor Slade have their differences, he is not a petty man that would try to take him down using this method!

"Something is wrong... I can feel it. " Demos said with squinted eyebrows.

Derik focused his sight and amongst the clan, heads standing out there and he couldn't help but frown. Only at this point did he notice people dressed in white robes standing behind them.

"Creed!" Derik hissed with squinted eyebrows.

"If that is the case, you can have this back!" Derik said coldly as he waved his hand and numerous beams of mana surged out of the black cloud, striking the walls of the empire!
