Since this is a rank 3 pill the chances off increasing the strength merely on its own are within the 30's the rest will depend on the practitioner, as for the rest of the effects those are guaranteed. The Elemental Advancement Pill effects is as it's name it will help the practitioner to increase his cultivation a lot faster.

Even though the pills have a good grade and there are eleven youths two pills is still a little bit unfair but the tournament has three divisions: junior, youth and of course advanced.
