What happened back then

Can you believe how things would've turned out even before that fight? , asked Yue Tian.

Sam said, I'm just glad that the sects acted at the right time. Even if it was because they didn't wanted to loose they're dominance, what they showed to that moron was very good, after all even though we use his inventions even today they are too much of a problem in the fight with high ranked beasts since there's a need of about 15 cultivators using those weapons if they can use the ambush tactics and that's only for a beast. If they meet a pack or a beasts of a rank much bigger than them they're toast! And to be serious, it's not like the beasts aren't smart enough to deal with them even if they can mount an ambush.

You are right! But those weapons are better suited for hunting evil cultivators and devils, and those weapons also need parts from the Wild Beasts, after all some of those materials are better than the ores, and the fact that they use a lot of Elemental Qi is a flaw that has yet to be solved and the fact that they destroy the beasts' pelt and the cores is way worse. Good thing those things can't be brought when hunting if you don't mind the prison. The weapons we used before and what the sects manufactured are still better choices! The fact that my clan chose the Wild Beasts' side back then was only to keep the balance in check and to make sure our enemies don't get the upper hand.

If there was someone else who heard Yue Tian just now tat person would spit blood. After all the battle he speaks of is the war between the Wild Beasts and practitioner 6000 years ago The Great War!

The Great War was supposed to put the Demons, Savage Beasts under control. But the humanity underestimated the depth of the enemy. Although there have been records of powerful figures taking down some of them either went into seclusion, some stayed hidden acting covertly, some ascended, some decided it will be better to play dead and than launch a surprise attack, some changed they're hunting grounds to other continents and some just remained to observe.

Those Demons and Savage Beasts managed to find about out about what will - in time - change the world but during the dynasti's time the cultivators observed the problems and some of them acted out of fear, some to protect they're power, some to make sure everyone remembers what's a cultivator, and some of them to make sure there won't come a time where humanity goes extinct or to give demonic cultivators new means to dominate!

It took them a while to observ, yes but when the most rationale ones called out the true problems they decided to use strength to deal with this and the problem was solved, al least until more peaceful times so the hot shots of the Demons and Savage Beasts didn't take action. Then it resumed and the world of today came but the problem was that the humans became arrogant and thought they could dominate the whole continent and so an all-out war broke loose and of course the devil practisioners decided to step up and join the conflict.

For a while it looked like it would resume to a battle between the forces of the good and bad of the humans, but appearances are deceiving, the strongest Savage Beasts and Demons decided to step into the light during the time that the war would relatively be over.

Luckily, the Yue clan made a deal with the Savage Beasts to make sure everything is as peaceful as it is in the actual time, just like thousand of years again during the dynasties. The Yue clan sabotaged certain points of the humans' side just so that the war could end in a draw and they also gave some Savage Beasts some elixirs and pills, and so everything was peaceful again and there were less Demons and evil Dao cultivators.

Yue Drake was at the fishery and found about anyone there with the exception of Sam of course. He still had a some spare time and so decided to take it easy today.
