After moments of running, I sat down on the ground, panting heavily. My legs ached from all this running, and I was in desperate need for oxygen.
Taehyung stooped down beside me and handed me a bottle of water, which I gladly accepted. I gulped down more than half of the bottle to quench my thirst.
"Hanee, can you walk further?"
My eyes widened at the realization, and my mouth voiced out, "Oh! Wow! You didn't add the 'miss' this time."
"We are outside of your premise, so I have no need to use honorifics."
I just laughed at that and then, questioned, "Are you really V from BTS?"
"It seems to be like that," he replies, sighing.
"That's amazing!" I squealed.
"What's so amazing about a group of killers?"
"Don't be like this. You protected me, right?"
"That's because I was commissioned to."
"Ouch! I feel hurt. Just kidding, I know you would've done it even if you weren't paid to."
"No, I wouldn't have."
"You would've."
"Listen, Hanee, I don't know which members of BTS you have met till now, all of them are different from me. They might protect a person even if they weren't told or paid to, but I wouldn't do that because that's how I am."
Somehow, whatever he said felt like a sharp blow to my heart. I mean, I am aware that my dad pays him to keep me safe from dangers, but still, it somehow hurts. And deep inside, I am sure that there is something more than 'being commissioned to protect me', because I have seen care for me in his eyes.
"Whatever you say," I spoke out, forcing a smile. "Wait! Does Soo know of this?"
"She does. And for that, she'll not be coming with us."
"Oh yeah! In the midst of all these, I forgot to ask you who actually that guy from earlier was. He gave me chills."
"No one in particular. All you need to know is he is more dangerous than us."
"Quit being my dad and say me."
"I can't do that, Hanee," he replied and then, continued, "Now, if your leg is okay, get up. We've got a long distance to walk."
"Isn't there any horse nearby?" I groaned.
"Come quickly, or else I'll be leaving you here."
"V's rude. I want my Taehyung back."
"I am afraid that's impossible."
"Why?" I whined, as Taehyung already began walking ahead of me.
I stood up in a hurry and ran to catch up with him. I grabbed his hand, and with a sigh, I continued walking in this deep forest without knowing my destination.

Soon enough, we've reached this house, which was kind of like a cottage or a cabin, or maybe a mixture of these both. There was five males standing there, holding a source of light.
"You've returned," the tallest one among them spoke.
"Yeah," Taehyung replied.
My eyes fell upon two familiar faces: Jin and Jungkook. The rest of them were unfamiliar to me. But there was one person that was missing. It was the person I desperately wanted to see.
"Isn't that Hyerin?" Jungkook asked, looking over to me.
"Yeah," Jin agreed.
"Hyerin? Who Hyerin?" Taehyung asked.
"It's me," I whispered to him.
"But aren't you Hanee?" Taehyung said, and that me earn a chuckle from Jin and Jungkook.
"I think I have somehow have made a mistake with my name," I told, smiling sheepishly.
The shortest boy in group came closer to me and placed his hand on my shoulder, bewildering me. He pulled me nearer to me and breathed into my ear.
After that, he said, "That's not a big deal. It happens."
I removed his hand from my shoulder and commented, "You must be the other playboy, Jimin."
"That's rude. I comfort girls, not play with them."
"Ignore him. I am J-hope, your hope!" the guy with long face exclaimed, jumping towards. Judging by this, I could tell he is hyper one.
"I am RM, the leader," the tallest one there introduced.
"I am Hanee. Nice to meet you all," I said, bowing down.
And the game of fate continued. All these people I have that day, all these people that have become dear to me, all of their lives is destroyed by my stupidity.
